Great value for the price. Breakfast was nice and simple. Proximity from university was a big plus for me. Gym is very small and not great at all. Will be definitely go back for my next trip and I recommend this hotel if you are traveling with a small budget.

I would not recommend walking from this hotel to the CWS games

"Avoid elevator areas on 3 & 5, Ice makers noisy."
"with no elevator get a room on the first floor but it is loud by the pool."
"It's possible that rooms in the back are quieter. Another review mentioned ambulance noise, which we didn't hear at all in our back room."
