Exceptional location , 5 minutes fromage the beach and the port , Syvota à great place , Kika offers apartments new condition with terrace and large garden under the olive trees , The boss Ioana is very friendly. His dad Gregory ready To help. On we will come back

We stayed for a week and the apartment was ideal for us! Located in a pretty and peaceful setting on the outskirts of town, but only a short walk to the harbour and beaches. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with lovely sea views from all of the three terraces, we felt relaxed from the minute we arrived! Ioanna is a very kind and welcoming host. As we didn’t have a car, she even offered to help with any shopping we needed. Our favourite beach was Deh beach, it’s further away than other beaches, but well worth the 15 minute walk, as it’s quieter and sandier. It also has a pleasant bar in the shade of the olive trees, serving drinks and simple snacks. During our stay we hired a boat to explore some of the nearby islands and beaches. It’s a lovely way off getting about and a good opportunity to do some snorkelling. Syvota itself is a lovely town with some great places to eat. We enjoyed having a drink by the harbour in the evening whilst watching the sunset! We would highly recommend staying at the Kika Apartments! …

Kika Apartments are surrounded by forests and wake up in the morning with a bird twitter. Enjoy drinking coffee in the lawn. At the same time, they are close to the beach and center of Sivota. Very clean and neat with a wonderful landlady.

We stayed for a week. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The kitchen equipment was just enough if you wanted to prepare a meal by yourself. The apartments are surrounded by a wonderful garden full of olive trees, ideal for our little children to play around and for us to not worry about their safety. Kika apartments are well located, less than a kilometre away from the centre of the village and a beautiful sandy beach. Finally, I want to thank especially Ioanna, the owner of the property for being so nice, helpful and friendly with our family. She was always available to help, advise and answer all our quests.

As somebody said, surrounding nature is beautiful. Apartment has three terases. Bathroom is smaller than usual, but it is functional. Both rooms are clean and very well equipped. If you travel by car, there is enough place in tree shadow for all guests. Also great for families with children. Ioanna is excellent host and she will pleasantly surprise you for sure. We had great time in Kika apartments as well as in Sivota.

We stayed for 10 days, the rooms were spacious with comfortable furnishings. The rooms were surrounded by beautiful gardens were our children could freely play. Both the rooms and garden were quiet, clean and well kept. The location of the apartments was very well situated. We were only a 5-minute walk away from a beautiful scenic and clean beach that was not overcrowded and family friendly. The town centre was also just as close, with a small supermarket only 5 minutes’ walk away for supplies. I highly recommend anyone to stay and thank the staff for the very friendly service.

The apartment itself is so lovely, but the nature that surrounds it is particularly beautiful. You can rest your eyes wherever you look. The owner Ioanna takes excellent care of it. She is the owner you wish you had on every holiday - always there, extremely charming, kind and willing to help. The village center is 3 minute walk, as well as the city beach. Literally every beach had an amazing view with clear water. Every day we went on a different beach by walking, taking local cheap taxi or little train, we went parasailing...we had a blast!

Nature all around!!! Beautiful and clean apartments! Isolated, but everything is so close. We spent lot of time in the garden. My kid really had a great time playing in the garden with the owners cats. Lady owner, Ioanna is the best host. Thank you Ioanna!
