Didn't stay at the hotel, but enjoyed a lovely dinner on our penultimate evening, overlooking the beautiful harbour at sunset. We were seated promptly, service was good and the food was delicious. Can highly recommend.

We stayed one night at this hotel because of limited availability during this late planned trip. We paid $157 euro. We couldn’t check in before 4. There was no elevator and about 7 flights of stairs to get to room. The room seemed clean enough, maybe a little dated. We showered and went out for the night. We got back a little after 1. I spilled some water on bed and removed sheets so as not to get the bed wet. When I did, it revealed a mattress cover that was stained with blood. We took it off and complained to get clean sheets. The next day at check out, I asked them to give us a discount to make it right and they said that can’t be done. I had to pay the total bill and then I could do whatever I want she said. Don’t know what that meant but I was annoyed to say the least. I would not recommend.

Beautiful structure with breathtaking views. Cured, clean, spacious room with kitchen and bathroom. Great for four people as well. I will definitely be back. The hotel is a great base for visiting the surrounding area. I 'll come back there soon

Never even think of booking this hotel! We arrived early in the evening to check in. I went to the reception alone as there was no parking and my friend was trying to find were to leave our car. The lady at the reception was really rude didn’t offer to help with the luggage! The room was moist and really smelly! Unacceptable! Even more now with the COVID - 19 situation! The room Had no WiFi signal AT ALL and after we complained they said “it is what it is and there is nothing we can do about it”. Furthermore the room was connected to the central cooling/heating system and we could not interfere with the room temperature as it was already settled up. The room was extremely hot, we called the technician, he came to check out and he told us that he -is not going to do anything as it is too much trouble, it is what it is we should get some sleep and forget about it- *this experience totally ruined my vacation!

My husband and me spent our summer vacation in this hotel. It was very nice to be there. From the receptionist to the cleaning ladies, from the young man who helps to anyone and working a lot of things to very polite and nice people in the restaurant: everyone in this hotel has a wide smile and all of them are ready to help. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean. And the view - worth a fortune. Beautiful!

..they would benefit by some improvement on how to treat customers in a more professional way! If it was not for the check out, I would have rated this hotel as exceptional. I have travelled around the world and stayed in many hotels, but first time I had someone calling me on my mobile 4 times ahead of checkout time to make sure i checkout on time because she noticed we rent a boat (was surprised by the surveillance). The rooms are spacious and it is in great spot. Breakfast is OK - not something exceptional but good enough though commercial But given their unprofessional way in checkout and in some other incidents I wouldnt return there.
