Wonderful location, beautiful place to stay in. The hosts were great, they made us feel like home. The room was big, perfectly clean, with a beautiful view to the harbour. Continental breakfast, in some morning with tasty pies made by Ms. Polyxeni. Close to Karvouno and Bella Vraka Beach. The property has private parking, a big plus in the area.

Villa polyxeni was a beautiful place to spend a week, the absolute highlight being the host family who were so welcoming and made our stay really special- we stayed during Easter and were invited to their family dinner which was lovely. A continental style breakfast is included and our host made omelette for us every morning- you can take breakfast up to your balcony too if you want. Sivota was a nice escape and our hosts’ son was very helpful in directing us towards places to go and knowledgable about the history of the area. A huge thank you to our host family, we would recommend anyone stay here and will hopefully be back ourselves one day!

Stayed here for two weeks lovely villa nice and peaceful even with the planes flying over to land at the airport, everything you could want was here, fantastic pool (not chemically tasting at all ). Staff where great came in every three to four days to clean and change the beds and towels, garden neat and tidy and the pool cleaned every day, even met the owner one day as we where just going out lovely person. We have stayed in quite a few villa’s over the years and this was definitely one of the best.

We adored our holiday at the villa. We were very impressed with the quality of everything (lovely sliding doors into the garden) and the thoughtfulness of the equipment & facilities. Our maid was a lovely lady & the pool man was discreet, professional & extremely helpful. It was easy to find, brilliantly located and we loved exploring the island. The wifi was great (which the teenagers were very grateful for) This is a wonderful place for a holiday.

This review is long overdue as we spent a few nights here with the Gorgolis family back in September 2016. We had a fabulous time despite the weather being very unkind to us. The rooms we stayed in were spotlessly clean and we had a small balcony with wonderful views of the sea and the nearby town. There were fabulous views from every aspect and a short but easy walk took us down to the town. The highlight of the trip was the fantastic hospitality from our hosts Polyxeni, Georgios and one of their sons, Nikos, who welcomed us with such warmness. Polyxeni made homemade cheese pies and cakes each morning which were wonderful and eaten in her kitchen and on the wonderful terrace. There are also apartments which Nikos showed us around which were of the same high standard as the rooms with wonderful views of the bay. Fabulous memories and I would highly recommend this accommodation and hope to return sometime very soon.

The villa is located in a very good position and has a unique view of the marina and the bay. It is wonderful to meeting and seeing the sun on the terrace of the room, watching the boats in the bay. Everywhere is very clean, the kitchen is stocked with all the necessary items. And the owners are very kind, hospitable and friendly. Aunt Polyxeni make perfect snacks. I think this is one of the best accommodations in Syvota. We would gladly visit them again ;o)

From the moment we checked in the family made us feel very welcome. We were shown our room and the views were amazing. The room was beautifully finished to a high standard. Fly screen on the balcony door, sat TV and a full size fridge & free aircon. Every thing was catered for. Even the bathroom was thoughtfully designed with a screened shower. Bed was very comfortable with crisp white bedding. The free breakfast was minimal with lovely homemade cakes & savouries. In the breakfast room there is a toaster, grill & microwave so you can supply your own food and cook it. The hill up to the villa is really steep, but if you are fit and able then it's fine, definitely worth it for the view. Will return if going back to Syvota.

At the hill above the harbour, at a quiet area, very close to the village and walking distance to Karvouno beach. The room was very clean, with very good air conditioning and mosquito net. The breakfast contains a homemade sweet cake and a salty cheese pie. The rooms are just above the little quiet road, the apartments are few steps under the road. No problem with parking.
