Stayed at Roula for a week. We were 3 families - 2 with little kids (1, 2 and 3 years). Booke via Chater company "Aarhus Charter". Very charming property. Spacy, well equipped apartyments and a small pool which was very good for the kids (and the adults). Located very close to everything - the center, tavernas, shops and nice beached. The owers were very friendly and accomondating UNTIL we checked out. Check out time was 11 and we our departure to the airport was 5 pm. From we checked out the owners changed complelty attitude. You cannot use our premises, apart from storing you luggage. Not even access to a toilet. "Get OUT of the pool". All the guests went to the closest beach as we were "Not wanted". A call to the travel agency made them open one of the not used apartment for chancing and access to toilet. but wyt this change, I really don't understand. Without that bad experience, I wouyld have rated the stay 5 stars, but last impression lasts :-(…

We where bere from 5 to 9 of August. Very professional and polite, room perfectly cleaned, Our children was ill during the stay and they clean the room many times without extracharge Very good !!!!!!!!!

Perfect location near the harbor, restaurants and shopping places and easy access to beaches. Modern decorated air-conditioned rooms with a fridge, stove and a fully equipped coffee maker were handy for a family holiday. And a big balcony to have breakfast or to relax on the evenings after an eventful day. And for once not an over-crowded pool! Not to mention lovely and welcoming hosts. We will come again!

Like the previous reviewer I also stayed in room 4 and as my experience pretty much echoes that one I won’t duplicate too much. Minor niggles first. The pool is closed for 3 hours every afternoon and is small and uniformly deep so I'm not sure this would suite everyone. It isn’t really a stay around the pool all day kind of a place. Most folk seemed to go to the beach then their children had a dip in the afternoon. The Wi-Fi is also nearly non-existent, you can connect to the router but the router rarely connects to the internet. That is the only minor criticisms I can find and overall the place is excellent. The accommodation is well designed and built with airy spacious rooms and a proper shower cubicle with a dual shower. The room and grounds are in immaculate condition and are cleaned very regularly. The cooking facilities and utensils where very adequate for the light breakfasts and lunches. The owners were helpful and friendly but not over-bearing. The location couldn't be better, as it was close to everywhere and yet was still quiet at night. I will definitely go back and would recommend to others.…

We returned from Sivota last week and had a great holiday. The Roulas Studios are really good. Well kept and clean and in a very central location. The owners are friendly without being over-attentive and they work really hard to make your stay pleasurable. We stayed in apartment 4 which had 2 balconies and was very spacious (sun in the afternoon/evening on our balcony). Restaurants were good as were the bakeries/supermarkets (easy walking distance). We would thoroughly recommend staying there. Beaches are between a 10 minute to 30 minute walk. Take beach/swimming shoes (stones). Some of the beach bars were closing down for the winter.

Simply the best the we stayed in room 4 it over looked the pool we had to balconies one from the bed room it was spotlessly clean the owners work very hard up to all hours of the day and night. The shops 5 minutes away the beach about 300 meter away

We have just returned from two weeks in Sivota, staying in Roulas Studios. The rooms were cleaned daily, were spacious and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. I would highly recommend them and would happily return. The internet connection was a bit hit and miss but that seemed to be the case in Sivota generally, it really wasn't a problem for us. The Studios are situated very conveniently for the pretty harbour and for lots of the picturesque beaches. The owners, Roulas and Spiro were extremely helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. Overall a perfect holiday, looking for to going back next year.

What a find this is by far the best apartments we could ever imagine. The owners are so hard working, the place is spotless and the decor and furniture both reflective of the owners and tasteful. We stayed 7 nights in room 2, it has one balcony which is perfect for evening drinks in the sun after 1800. We had a lovely living area and beautiful tasteful bedroom, no pics can do it justice. The apartments are a mere 3 minutes walk down the way to the harbour. 2 minutes away is a baker who does delightful breads, pies, pizzas. Up the way is Isabella's the local holiday rep who is super helpful and across from her a smashing supermarket ( with a larger one a further 5 mins up the road). For evening meals and entertainment there is the harbour side but also, a bit closer and near the bakery, are two fab tavernas. Spiros which doesn't seem to feature on TripAdvisor but it should it's friendly with basic but tasty food, the more rated Steakhouse is also two minutes away and it deserves its ratings as its food and portions are fab. So what's not to like with these apartments? Absolutely nothing, they are amongst the very best we have stayed in and you just can't get nicer owners. Why not try this small portion of paradise before others find out. …

Cannot say enough about our stay at Roulas Studios. The rooms are spotlessly clean, cleaned everyday. New towels and bedding every 3 days. The small kitchen has everything needed. Also free wifi available. The owners make you feel very welcome and cannot do enough for you. The Studios are a short walk from the harbour. The bakery a very short walk away is brilliant for getting breakfast and lunch. Not had a bad meal whilst we've been here(see restaurant reviews). Well worth booking if looking for self catering accommodation in Syvota.

We were given a one bedroomed apartment. Apartment no 2 it was spotlessly clean a large lounge with a kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with walk in shower and large bedroom all very well furnished both the lounge and bedroom had doors leading onto the balcony overlooking the pool bedding and towels were changed regularly all lovely and fresh and white only 2 minutes to the nearest shops and bakery another 2 to 3 minutes to the port where there are lots of restaurants and bars where you can look at the sailing boats also magnificent sunsets Syvota is a wonderful resort not to big but at night it as a lovely feeling our only regret was we did not stay long enough. The owners are very helpful if you have any questions and the apartments are a credit to them and give Roulas studios and syvota a excellent review…
