Away from the noise yet only 100 meters from the nearest beach Molos French and 200 meters from the picturesque harbor. Villaggio Sioutis Luxury Apartments is positioned in an area of 8 hectares among olive trees, lush green vegetation, flowers and trees. We spent a week at this lovely place and can recommend whole heartedly. We had a first floor apartment, which was very spacious, lovely bedroom, excellent comfortable bed with good bed linen. Kitchen very well equipped, bathroom also great. Air con in both rooms was excellent and appreciated, as we had really hot weather. Property is in a quiet location, only 5 mins walk down to the nearest beach and the same down to the pretty harbour, shops, pharmacy etc. It is an up hill walk to return, but the exercise was good! The rooms and the gardens all clean, tidy and well maintained. It is Dimitris, the owner, who makes this place special. Lovely company, helpful advice, nothing too much trouble. And most importantly, makes a perfect Aperol Spritz! Well done Dimitris and all his team. We look forward to visiting again in the future.…

This place is awesome. It’s close to the harbour and the centre of Syvota, so you are close to everything. The apartment has everything you need, with full kitchen aquipment, good beds (also for the kids), beatiful balcony with a beautifull view, where you can see the Ocean, aircon, and everything you need to make your stay homey ond good. The pool is nice and refreshing and close by the hotel you have a football field and some Outdoor exercise maskines. But the greatest thing about this place, is the owner Dimitris. He is so accomendating and helpfull and he makes the difference between this place and other good hotels. We Will definitely be back.

What a find. These are superb apartments a short walk from the harbour. A very friendly welcome. The current Covid situation means they cannot offer a buffet breakfast, which Dimitri makes up for by providing the biggest breakfast tray you can imagine. They only restriction appears to be the size of your table to accommodate the food and drinks.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and just about the best apartments we have had in 20+ years of visiting Greece. Had an upper floor and it was great to have a view of the sea and the boats. Excellent facilities and kept scrupulously clean....was good to have a shower that didn't soak the whole bathroom. Owner was really helpful and friendly. It's a beautiful quiet location, but easy walk to the harbour...yes there are a couple of slight inclines, but nothing dramatic and it takes about 10 minutes max to get to supermarket, ATM, harbour and restaurants. Pool and pool bar useful addition along with the breakfast included in our deal.

My wife and I booked a last minutes holiday with Sunvil and were delighted with our apartment choice. The spacious apartment was far better than we had hoped for. The accommodation is very generous and well appointed with a spacious outside covered terrace with table and chairs. This apartment had a king size bed, lovely living room and well fitted kitchen and bathroom. Just a few minutes walk from the port and local beach we can highly recommend to anyone hoping to stay in this lovely area.

We were accommodated in a studio for 2 people in a building next to a pool. Garden around hotel is really nice. Grass is watered dayly, regularly cut, also trees and bushes are well kept, pool is cleaned every day. But inside the room is a bit different story. It is not cleaned so often. It is not dirty, but you can see dust and spider web in corners. Bathroom is barely ok, there is no filth, but you know they didn't clean it very much. Not once did I smell any cleaning chemicals, so it means that is not desinfected. They change towels every few days, but didn't change our bed sheets. Speaking of bed, it is made of stone. Not literally, but it feels that way. Not to complain too much, we had a good time here, but there is a lot room for improvement. I saw that they are expanding and making garden and enterance prettier, but they should also invest a bit in the interior. Overall, place is good if you are planning to spend more time at a beach, and less inside, but anyway that is the point of summer vacation.…

We spent a great week in Villaggio Sioutis. The staff was extremely friendly with a group of 6 children and 6 adults, the food in the restaurant very delicious.The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to wake up in the morning in such a quiet and peaceful environment.We appreciate very much the short distance to the sea and the city center of Sivota. The atmosphere was so special that it really felt like home to us. Definitely will recommend this hotel to every couple and families.

We spent a very enjoyable week. The flats are pleasant, comfortable and clean. The personnel is polite and helpful. The area around the houses is kept with fresh grass, flowers and trees. Different types of swings and hammocks can be found at few locations in the complex. There is a pool bar with very good burgers and cocktails.

Rooms where really clean and quiet. the appartments have enought distance between them so visitors won't bother each other. Dimitris the owener has well thought throughout all the details. to sum it up our staying there was really relaxing and refreshing and we already booked for a few days later this summer

It's the clean, cosy and sunny rooms, the beautiful natural environment, the great location close to the best beaches of Sivota, but most of all the friendly people in Villaggio Sioutis which makes it a high quality vacation. It instantly feels like home..definitely going back next year! P.S. Don't miss cocktails by the pool at sunset!
