Amazing luxurious hotel, very very clean with amazing staff. We had a fantastic vacation. We booked the two bedroom villa with the private pool and we couldn’t ask for more. On the first floor it had a living room, fully equipped kitchen dining room and a full bathroom with rain shower. The second floor had two huge bedrooms and another huge bathroom. Outside was a large patio with table and chairs and the most amazing view and the private pool on the other side. The apartment was cleaned daily and it was spotless. The common areas were spotless as well , very well maintained. The manager Eleni was such a great hostess. She showed us around, gave us tips on restaurants and beaches and helped us with anything we wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly want. One afternoon she came with a complimentary basket with two bottles of wine, cheese and crackers which was such a nice touch. The beach was beautiful and we all enjoyed the pool in the afternoon with an amazing sunset view. We had an amazing stay, I wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely go back.…

This is not a hotel with rooms but individual apartments for two or more people. The apartment we stayed at had its own pool overseeing a magnificent view of the sea. The sea itself is a few paces away and its water are crystal clear and inviting. The lone hotelier, Eleni, was very obliging and very helpful.

Thank you Eleni for being so wonderful, accommodating and helpful during our stay! We felt very comfortable and relaxed at the Syvota Seascape hotel and were treated very special by the staff. We had a rare and terrific unobstructed view - this hotel is right in front of one of the nicest beaches in the area and you really do feel like you’re in a private, luxury villa. It is situated in a nice location about 10 min from the town of Syvota and 30 minutes from Parga. We always enjoyed the drive and saw breathtaking Mountain views and fun wildlife along the way (wild boar, cows, horses). The hotel is a quiet romantic location for couples like us. We also saw it had even larger options for big families. The rooms have a clean modern style, the bed was very comfortable and the room had a great bathroom. We loved our views of sunsets and sunrises from our balcony. Overall a great experience we are grateful for.…

It's like the owner designed the establishment for himself. Quality materials have been used everywhere.You will find all the household appliances you need if you want to relax and spend time inside the villa. The external area of the house is well designed with different options to spend some time, the view from the private pool and balconies is excellent and the surrounding area is wonderful. Great privacy. The beach of Agia Paraskevi just outside the front door of the property is also nice. High standards hospitality, unexpected treats, efficient service and some useful tips from the manager Dina. Efficient service and flexibility from the cleaning ladies. Exactly what you need for relaxed vacation. But do not get too lazy. The area has wonderful places to visit if you intend to spend more than a few days.…

We had a wonderful stay at Sivota Seascape in the Executive Villa and can highly recommend this small gem. Ntina provided excellent service both prior to our stay and during the stay. Always super helpful and I have a hard time thinking of better service elsewhere, even though I think I have travelled a lot to 5 star places. The villa had a wonderful view of the small beach and the bay below, and still only a short drive to the nice small city of Sivota. If you want an intimate holiday away from large resorts, but still want the best, this is the place to go

We just stayed a couple of days in a grand villa. Exterior and Interior are just stunning. The attention to detail is simply great. The friendliness of the staff is great. We were surprised that you also have beach access. The view is great and it is really hard to list all the positive aspects. I think the headline pretty much describes it. We will come back and will stay longer.

It is an amazing complex on the beach of Agia Paraskevi. The landscape and the surrounding space is full of green and the villa was very beautiful. The staff was helpful and the house was very clean from day 1. We recommend it 100%, especially for families.

Sivota Seascape is a dream of a place to stay. Firstly the location is just stunning right on arguably the best beach in the area and even in peak season you can sit in the beautiful garden with views over the beach but with none of the crowds. Early morning or late evening swims and you have the beach virtually to yourself. Antigone, the resident manager could not do enough to help and was able to give llots of helpful advice on where to eat and places to visit. She manages the place impeccably and we have never stayed anywhere so clean and cared for (it is four years old but still looks brand new). We had a 1-bed villa with private pool and both were serviced every single day. It really was immaculate. A welcome basket greeted us on arrival but as we were there 13 nights we had a surprise gift of wine, cheese and biscuits mid stay and the lovely owner even stopped by with ice creams to say hello. The area was even better than anticipated and we loved regular visits to the charming local town of Sivota with its harbour side restaurants as well as day trips to the breathtaking Vikos Gorge, rafting on the Acheron river, a private boat charter to Paxos and Anti Paxos and a visit to Parga, a larger seaside town overlooked by a lovely hilltop castle. This was a very special holiday which was right up there with the very best and we cannot recommend Sivota Seascape highly enough. Thank you! …

Luxury Seascape is a beautiful place. Apartments are very clean with beautiful furniture. Front office lady is very nice and helpful. Also very nice environment, with many nice food restaurants. Water is very clear and swimming without no speedboats around. Finally! I was really suprised. Snorky’s home. 🥽
