Poor 4 star Pool was dirty with moss growing on tiles and slimy green.. Breakfast was nice selection This a very quick touch up to an old apartment complex. It has a long way to go until it gets to a 4 star complex. Very overpriced and dissapointing only for this reason.
They are some thieves! I lived the most terrible experience. The hotel has nothing to do with the 4 stars. The recepetion is the only space renovated just to “steal” your eyes..The room had old furniture and was very dirty, including the smell of mold. No cleaning was done and towels were only changed on request, if they had them. One evening they calmly told us that they had no more towels for the shower. The glass in the bathtub in the bathroom was just for shape, the moment you took a shower, the whole bathroom flooded. I couldn't use the air conditioning because it gave off a terrible smell of mold combined with fuel. The "manager" repeats that she has the cleaning certificate, only lies, maybe they have done it only in papers. They have drainage problems in all the hotels. The water in the pool was dirty. It does not offer sunbeds on the beach, everything is for a fee. Terrible breakfast, it was 50% bakery, very little fruit. The staff is few and very unprepared, starting with the so-called "manager" who is just a liar. Overall, the hotel has a very negative energy. If you don't want to lose your money, don't stay at this "resort".…
Facilities are immaculately clean, staff is kind and always ready to please, and the location is pristine as it is nestled between two tree-covered hills with a small sea view. Rooms have sea view, side pool view and no view. Our party stayed in a junior suite church had a living room and kitchenette and pullout bed and bedroom with insuite bath. The accommodation was great for our family although it would have been nice if the bathroom was not in our bedroom. We had an issue with our room key card and access to WiFi, and everything was addressed immediately. The kitchenette was not stocked with any utensils or plates, but this was on account of coronavirus restrictions. The hotel had very low occupancy on account of coronavirus, which negatively impacted F&B supplies and some dishes that were prepared had poor quality products. As the days went by, things gradually improved. Staff wore masks and we felt that all safety measures were being obeyed, from sterile pool towels in plastic wrap to the constant cleaning of all outdoor surfaces. The location is nice, although the beach near the hotel is just ok and the single-lane yet two-way access road must be tricky during high season. Congrats to the hotel during this difficult time and especially to Nikos and Afroditi for their graciousness. Note: I did not notify the hotel that I was a celiac as I brought my own food, but they informed me that if I had they would have ensured that there were ample options for me.…
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Access to it is difficult. You have to drive on a narrow road along the beach, where only one car can pass. The hotel is literally at the end of the road. There are no signs guiding you, except one outside the hotel (which is useless) and another one which is very small, a little earlier. The hotel's Internet is very slow (~0.3-0.5MBps at best), both in the room and at the pool bar. There was no 4G signal in our room, so we had to hotspot one of our mobile phones and leave it out at the balcony. There was only one pair of keys, so we had to leave it to the reception to have our room cleaned. The water in the bathroom had a very low pressure (we stayed on the 1st floor) and its temperature was constantly fluctuating. On the kitchen table, every morning, we would wake up to find hundreds of ants, even if we didn't leave any food on it. Breakfast was poor and the area full of flies and bees. The staff was very helpful, though. Overall I was sorry for picking this hotel as it is hardly 'value for money' (208 euros / night).…
This is a nice place to stay, but travelers should know what they are getting. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-managed. The breakfast is a good selection of meat, cheese, vegetable, and yogurt. And they have a coffee machine. It is a quiet hotel, and the bar area is nice. But. The hotel is not on the beach. It is close, but many of the rooms you cannot even see the beach. The beach chairs have to be rented (not unusual for the area) for 8 Euro for two and an umbrella. The beer and food from the beach restaurant are very reasonably priced. This is why this place is priced slightly lower than the others in the area with nice beach views and actually on a beach. All in all, a nice place to stay, as long as you know what you are getting.
We reserved two junior suite rooms for 4 adults and 4 children and what we got was 2 regular rooms with 4 foldable beds for the children. I have never seen a suite that looks like just like a studio before.
Wonderful location, walking distance to the beach, 10 minutes drive to Syvota. Very clean, newly build, friendly employees. Breakfast was one of the best we had, both in variety and quantities. We had dinner in the last night and it was very tasteful, we thought that we should have tried it earlier. Overall it is a great value for money hotel, in an excellent location and great services provided. For sure it would be my first option when I will get back in the area.
Located just 2 minutes away from the best beach in Syvota, we were really disappointed to realize that this was not the 4star resort we paid for. Rooms are vast and nicely decorated but have no view and are not cleaned daily. We stayed there for a week and the staff would not have changed bath towels or sheets and we had to call the reception twice and complain to change them after 4 days. The rooms also have a kitchenette which was not to be used since it was not equipped with cutlery, coffee pots or even glasses. The room did not have a mini bar. Breakfast was really basic with no variety. Pool was small but nicely located. Service in the pool however was inadequately slow. Wi Fi was also very slow. Staff was very polite but inexperienced. Overall, definitely not value for money.…
We visited the hotel in August 2015. We booked a family room. For the money paid, we expected much more!! + situated at a beautiful location, by the beach + very polite staff (reception, pool bar, breakfast) + big rooms + comfortable bed - not easily accessible, but as we were told, there are plans for making a road - rooms are not fully equipped. There is a kitchenette in the room, but you are not allowed to prepare even a coffee there. We were told that we can only heat milk for the children, and we should ask for a coffee pot in order to be able to do so. - the glasses we used for the children, were not washed or replaced, until we asked for it. We were supposed to wash them to use them again! - poor management abilities - poor pool bar menu - no room service - no activities, other than the pool - insufficient cleaning - we had an accident in the bed and the sheets were wet. They did not change them, even though they saw them, because they did not have clean sheets! After we made a complain, they replaced them. Overall it is a very nice hotel, on a beautiful location, but definitely not a resort! Hope that the management makes an extra effort for the high standards expected by the price charged!…
New ,elegant and cosy 4star hotel in Syvota Agia Paraskevi beach with spacy modern rooms fitted with comfortable double beds and a reclining sofa bed for a 3rd person (child or other) suitable also for families. Although a little bit difficult to find it especially at night it lies some meters over Agia Paraskevi beach one of the most beautiful ones of the area with crystal clear waters and a small island which you can reach by swim! The hotel is modern with 2 small swimming pools (one for children) with an open bar . The breakfast is basic but tasty and the staff very kind and polite . In the rooms you may prepare something to eat (kitchenette ) but no other kitchen tools are available so for families with babies or children it is advisable to bring their owns. Advice: Make a reservation of a room with view otherwise you will see only the front rooms and nothing else. I would definitely visit again this hotel .…
