Spent 3 nights here. Fabulous location and staff. But our initial room was very disappointing. Very small room, king bed not the best, a high pitched noise that would come and go, bad TV reception, and worst of all, the overhead light came on at...More
This is a boutique style hotel with a European touch. Small but very detailed rooms. There is a common living room with fireplace. Staff is exceptional and friendly.
Complimentary coffee (Nespresso) and treats. We love this place.
A quick overnight stay and knew I'd have a cozy room with good night's sleep here. Amenities are luxe. Staff is very good. Breafast could be better, though it's top quality. Recommend highly, have been here before.

There is also bus service, but I would probably use the "T"
If your visit is to enjoy walking in Boston vs Cambridge, I would opt for a different hotel(though we loved the Veritas)
