This is a very old and not well-maintained hotel. Running a blow dryer and the microwave at the same time tripped the electrical service to the room and the agent on duty had no idea how to re-set it. Yes, its the lowest price I could find in the Boston area, but as they say--you get what you pay for....

Had a discount coupon that was accepted by clerk with no argument. It was a monday eve. The walk down the hall way was a gas attack of old ciggarette smoke seeped into every surface. needs new rugs and sealant on the walls to cover the smoke. Room 121 was clean but very dated. Nice view out the window of...

Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here! I am essential medical personnel and needed to get to work during blizzard conditions the following morning. I checked in Saturday night at 9 pm and requested a 7:30 am cab ride. I was asleep by 10 pm and at just before midnight, the room phone rang to confirm the time...

I spent hours online searching for a hotel in the Cambridge area and was appalled by the prices of rooms which, in other areas of the country, would have been quite affordable. We were going to visit my daughter and her family and needed to be within a short driving distance from their apartment. I also checked into apartment shares...

Rugs so wrinkled and stained as to be dangerous. We lucked out in that our bed was comfortable but everything was rusty and worn. Worse, they illegally advertise one rate and charge another. IN our case, two wrong rates (a coupon not honored, and the sign outside offering a lower rate). I am writing the Dept. of Consumer Affairs. Illegal,...

They didn't honor the special rate they had on their website, claiming it's only during nights with high availability (even though I stayed there on midweek day and the parking lot was empty). Then they put me in a room with no wifi even though they claimed all rooms have free wifi. They made excuses that I have a firewall,...

I cannot begin to express how gross this hotel was... The bedding was dirty, there was no hot water, the carpet was dirty, everything was dirty... Very run down. And I even tried to get their nicest room. Paying extra for a suite.

This hotel was given to us by Days Hotel. It is an older hotel. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. We took a non smoking room on the ground floor. Room was tired and basic. Beds were comfortable and clean although the pillows were hard. On mentioning this to the lady at reception she said the staff...

I came to Boston for a weekend and I checked in late on Friday. I was shocked when I heard that the hotel has no hot water. The hot water pump Is broken. It was very late and I had a very busy weekend. I could not go anywhere at 1:00 clock in the morning on Saturday, the day of...
