Located right in the middle of downtown and restaurants and tourist spots were all within walking distance. Room and hotel restaurant had a nice view of the canal and old city mills. The front desk office manager Eric was very pleasant and accommodating even when there was a fumble in our booking. I would definitely recommend this place for family...

This is an unusual place. The first two floors are a public hotel, with guest bedrooms, conference rooms, bar, gym, etc. The upper floors are a university dormitory. The accommodations were a tad tight by major chain standards, but in the dorms, unless they pack 3 to a room, surely they are roomy! The bed, TV, internet, heating and A/c...

Stayed here for one night because we were attending a conference. I almost always stay at Marriotts (it's all about the the points), but it was so nice just strolling downstairs in the morning. Parking was easy and free. Staff at the front desk were exceptionally cheerful and full of serotonin. Room was nothing special, but comfortable. I was I...

I stayed at Lowell Inn & Conference Center for a work related event. The staff was very helpful, they have good sized clean rooms. The on-site lounge was nice, as the full restaurant is closed in Sunday evenings. The river, falls and walk were a beautiful surprise!

We stayed only one night so experience was limited. Staff pleasant, facility spacious and very clean. Room also good size for the budget price. Pros- price, overall basic amenities, fairly modern appointments Cons- Hallways noisy, service for breakfast really slow, food so so.

Every time we stay at the the UMass Lowell Conference Center, it's a quick stay for business. Arielle, Linda and Amy are always there to greet us with a smile! Great service! I always check for availability here first.

Traveling here for business at UMass Lowell, I stayed at the ICC for two nights. The location--near some good restaurants and right on the canal--is nice. The rooms are very basic--two beds, desk, and small television--no artwork on the walls, no easy chair. Coffee maker, small television. Great wifi. Brewed starbucks in the lobby in the morning. There is some...

Stayed overnight for the Bay State Marathon. I hate driving up the morning of a big race, so I always look for either the host hotel or something nearby. This hotel was perfect. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable and it was near everything. Will definitely stay again for the next race!
