I was extremely impressed with the Courtyard Boston Lowell. I stayed at the hotel for one night on a business trip. I was pretty tired when I arrived, but the staff quickly checked me into my room and also let me know about the local restaurant that delivers dinner directly to hotel guests. When I entered my clean and tidy...

the staff I found to be helpful and friendly. The rooms were however very small, definitely not ok for a family. Even 2 people is a push. Bathrooms also on the small side. I had a couple of issues which were taken care of promptly I could hear noise in rooms next to me and above me very easily. Had...

Had to go up to Lowell again to pick up daughter from College. Spring break time and she's coming home for the week. So we decided to catch a Red Hawks hockey game and then a trip to Boston next day to see Bruins. We usually stay at UMass ICC just because it's covienent. But last time sleep was an...

This is a very nice Courtyard. I had requested extra towels, and they were there on arrival. A small refrigerator was in the room (though it smelled like fish), as well as a single-serve coffee maker, but there was no microwave as some Courtyards have. Staff was friendly and helpful. Near UMass Lowell (about ten minutes away, barring traffic). Clean...

Nearest Marriott to Tsongas Arena - about 2 miles away. Outside hotel is very nice - Colonial looking and very attractive. Sparkly clean and well-kept. Lobby is a bit small, but very well-appointed. One elevator - on the small side. My room was 232, next to stairway, so I used stairs. My room was an L shape, and the sofa,...

staff was very friendly and helpful. Found a better rate for me when checking in than the one I originally booked. Saved 30 bucks per night! Rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Close to all highways.

Very comfortable hotel with Colonial appearance/feel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful during our 4 day stay. Convenient location right off the Lowell connector. Would stay here again when we come back to visit and recommend to others.

Most Courtyards I stay in are in Asia, where they are basically built and operated to the Marriott spec, so I am always a little disappointed with the US version. But this one seemed a little more beige than others. It just had nothing. My room looked over the swimming pool, covered for the winter, and it felt like the...

We stayed here Oct 30 (1night) from out of state for a Halloween party. We found the room nice. Although we are not world travelers, we do travel the east coast and stay in various hotels. Upon arrival i asked where the coffee station was and was told there wasnt one. Whoever heard of that I ask???? The sofa bed...

Since this hotel is built into an old style building, it has some of the smallest hotel rooms I've seen in the US. The smaller rooms while not an issue for solo travelers can become a bit annoying for couples or families. As with the Courtyard brand there is no concierge lounge or free breakfast, so even if your Platinum...
