Sixth holiday in Sardinia and we opt to visit the area of Chia that we had not yet seen. The choice of this structure proved more than apt. You immediately realize that quality is at home in this Resort as soon as you enter the dining room for breakfast. Rich buffett. Instead of the usual cheap jams/single portions, we find the dispensers of real organic jam from a well-known brand of Asiago, the same one we eat at home. Great choice of desserts for all tastes. Brioches of all kinds: whole wheat, cream, vegan, empty... Excellent cappuccino with fresh milk. The location of the hotel is pleasant and well structured architecturally surrounded by well-kept greenery. The somewhat detached but professional welcome, the only flaw arriving on the early morning flight, we discover, in an all inclusive that lunch is for a fee €.28 per person) while indicating that on the day of departure (at 4 in the morning) we would not benefit from any restaurant service, despite being entitled to at least breakfast. Well-maintained structure amidst dense vegetation. Each room is at the right distance from all services. Large swimming pool and beach 300 meters away, well equipped (there is no need to worry because there are always umbrellas and sunbeds). From start to finish, our experience was disappointing. We booked a Premium Sea View Room but only a standard room was available upon arrival. The reception staff was clueless, and we had to wait until the next day to speak to management. Despite being offered a discount and a free dinner, Premium Rooms were still available online throughout our stay, but nothing was resolved.
The hotel staff lacked communication and service quality. Breakfast was repetitive but good, though the wait for coffee was long. The dinner buffet, priced at 60 Euros, was not worth it. The starter was tasty, but the main dishes were bland and poorly cooked, and the dessert options were disappointing. The service at the pool bar was slow, and cocktails were inconsistent.
The pool was decent, and the beach was mostly stones. The beach staff was attentive, and the cleaning ladies were friendly and thorough. Our standard sea view room was basic and lacked WiFi, and the tennis court was unavailable due to construction.

The hotel has high potential! The location is great! Renovations are underway and to be honest it doesn’t bother me!
The service is weak, there is zero attention and no care from the staff! It's more about a bar, apparently they're not really interested in selling!
There are no trash cans on the premises, no ashtrays or smoking areas, tables are cleared slowly and are not suitable!)

Place in the countryside of Chia. The structure is very large and offers many services, the "common" areas are very nice and well-kept. Some rooms are new and renovated others (like ours) have only been adapted probably for opening. The room was spacious, very clean, equipped with bathroom kit, fridge and terrace, more than once we found the ants. The decor is not modern but classic, the bed very comfortable The beach reserved for the structure was very quiet and the beds very comfortable, also offer lunch service, even the lifeguards are very kind. The pool very large and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is very good and rich. The restaurant la Gardiana is definitely a gem, the food is super. Overall it is all very nice and well cared for (the outside) there are definitely things that can be improved such as wifi in the rooms (it is only present in common areas), our room despite being very clean had sore notes, the air conditioner was very old, the shower had the shaft broken and the bidet did not lift the cap. One day there was no redone the room, after communicating it to the reception they immediately took action and after dinner it had been fixed. This Club Resort is literally a paradise surrounded by greenery. Under the impeccable direction of Mr. Nicola, the structure offers a decidedly high quality service. From the appetizers, to the first and second courses and ending with the desserts, everything was excellent. I stayed here for 4 days with family, a lovely place surrounded by nature and the fantastic sea of Sardinia. Reachable from Cagliari airport via a transfer (can be arranged with the property). Rooms and services at the top with a very young staff and Expert in the field, to try the grill restaurant "La Gardiana" but not least the buffet at the bistro "Alima". Private beach a few steps from the structure always managed by the Resort staff with impeccable professionalism. Stra recommended to spend days in total relaxation.
