It is not just the location of Follonico, nor the lovingly renovated old farm buildings that make it such a marvelous destination, but most importantly it is the people. Fabio and Suzanne are gracious and attentive hosts who interact with guests as if you were longtime friends and encourage guests to engage in long, leisurely conversations over breakfast or dinner...

We spent a couple of nights here in August, on our way from Rome to the north of Italy. The good: - Beautiful quiet property, well situated in a beautiful part of Tuscany - Nice breakfasts on the terrace - Owners Fabio and Suzanne very friendly and helpful with touring advice The not so good: - I don't like sharing...

We stayed 2 nights in the blue notte suite. The inn is run by a lovely couple who are willing to help with anything. The décor is unique. Vintage but, well curated. The inn is at the base of montepulciano, making access easy. Once booked, they will provide a guide to places and restaurants that they love. They will make...

I cannot tell you all enough about this magical place! Fabio and his wife were so incredible! Every recommendation was perfection (especially restaurant 13 Gobbi). The property of Follonico will always have a piece of my heart... why you ask? As we arrived a beautiful double rainbow welcomed us, the smell of morning will make your heart smile, watching the...

Fabio is a delight. His English is perfect, his cooking skills are top notch, and his B&B is truly unforgettable. My wife has celiac and therefore MUST refrain from gluten. Fabio took it upon himself to bake her an entire gluten free loaf of bread one morning for breakfast so my sweet bride wouldn't have to miss out on the...

Fabio and Susanne have created a paradise that is not to be missed! This is what Tuscany is supposed to be...chickens, sheep, a horse, a donkey, vineyards, and a whole hearted hospitality that cannot be matched. The bucolic location is perfect for exploring all that is Tuscany. 4 couples met here to explore the wine country together...could not have been...

Yes, the panorama is wonderful-heaven on earh-l; yes, it is very quiet, all you can hear are frogs, ducks and chicken; yes, the owners Fabio and Suzanne are wonderful. What was totally a surprise when you least expect it was that this place was surrounded with art works made of pots, pans, hats etc. If they had been placed in...

I stayed at this beautiful B&B the last 3 nights. I cannot say enough about this farm stay. In the morning, you are woken up by the joyous sounds from the chickens, geese and donkey. It is set deep in the coutryside. There are breathtaking views from all directions. The owners are very kind and helpful. My family feels blessed...

This is an absolute must! My sister and I found this place by happenstance when searching for a memorable stay in the quiet Tuscan countryside to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday. We can't thank Suzanne and Fabio enough for making our first trip to Italy a most unforgettable one. The restored farmhouse and the surrounding land are something from a...
