We arrived at B&B Casa Laura, after riding through the beautiful Umbrian countryside from Paciano on our hired Vespa, to find all sorts of tasty goodies waiting for us. Freshly baked by our wonderful host Laura. The place itself sits on a grassy hilltop, surrounded by grapevines cascading down the hillside and a beautiful view out across the rural landscape to the town of Montefalco beyond. The outlook from all the windows (even from the spacious bathroom) of our front unit was stunning. The sun setting over the vineyard with lines of olive trees is magic!! The unit is spotlessly clean, well laid out, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The location is fantastic if you have your own transport. Just a short ride away from Montefalco for dinner each night and a perfect base to explore from. Spoleto, Todi, Trevi, Bevagna, Spello are all within easy Vespa riding (or car driving) distance. We also discovered great coffee - and absolutely no other tourists - at the nearby tiny hilltop town of Gualdo Cattaneo, and thanks to a recommendation from Laura: the hidden gem of Campello Alto. Loved our 5 days here and getting to know our wonderful host Laura. Definitely highly recommend!!

The photos do not render the beauty of this place - we were stunned upon our arrival. The beautiful stone house is on a hill from where there is a spectacular view over the vineyards & olive grooves. Our room was very clean and spacious, decorated with great taste, and from every window we could enjoy the local views. There is a lovely dog called Lilla whom we fell in love with. Laura is a wonderful host! We only mentioned that we were vegan (didn’t ask for any special food for us) and she immediately prepared a delicious vegan cake. This was one of our best stays in Umbria - very relaxing. We will go back for sure!

Our family, incl dog, stayed at this beautiful little b&b for 1 night only, but could easily have stayed longer. Place was convinient located in a beautiful setting, and apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Laura was very friendly and helpful and we give this place our best recommendation.

I just spend an amazing five days holiday here with my family, in a stunning venue in the middle of the Umbria countryside. Casa Laura has been a quite and peaceful place that allowed us to rest and enjoy the typical landscape of this region, in a strategic position that allowed us to reach easily the main cities and villages around (Assisi, Norcia, Bevagna, Spoleto and many others). We could appreciate how clean and tidy the apartment was, and we definitely enjoyed the delicious cakes that we had for breakfast! The apartment is furnished with TV, fridge, oven, and a very appreciated Nespresso coffee maker! The garden is spacious with trees, chairs (particoularly appropriate for reading or just chilling out) and lovely and friendly pets living in it. The view from the balcony in the morning is just priceless. We really appreciated Laura's kindness and professionality. As much we will consider this BeB for our future holidays we definitely recommend it for a pleasant journey in Umbria.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary together with a trip to Italy, and Casa Laura was one of the highlights of our trip! The room we stayed in was incredibly clean and very spacious. Every window you could open led to a beautiful view of vineyards and the Italian countryside. Laura was a wonderful hostess and our room was always stocked with fresh water, juice, coffee, pastries, cheese and cured meats! We plan to visit Italy again and will definitely stay at Casa Laura!
