My friends had booked this hotel as they have been many times before. You do, I think need to be part of the organization to book rooms. Though rooms are slightly dated they really cant be faulted. Very clean and the room cleaning staff are brilliant. My little girl was a poorly and they helped with clean sheets etc. All...

It all looks good at reception, then goes downhill fast! We had two apartments, one lovely overlooking the pool, the other at the back faced a brick wall and had no natural light so you needed lights on all day and was pointless to sit on balcony in the shade. Be aware of this , you could end up in...

Great set up, beautiful entrance nice and cool, ground floor apartment 115, everything we needed, very clean. House keeping everyday, friendly helpful reception staff, nothing too much trouble. Bar/restaurant was a bit of a let down, don't like paper plates and cups when sitting at a table on the patio, understand around pool and staff there were not very helpful....

Extremely clean, friendly staff. Situated a short distance from local beaches (man made) and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The hotel offers no entertainment and the bar in the hotel closes early (8pm). If the bar and restaurants stayed open longer it would be much better.

We purchased a trail year membership with Discover Access and unfortunately only were able to take advantage of one trip to Lanzarota. We booked our "Dream Break" before the membership expired at Club Riza. We felt we were treated as second class customers because our membership wsd not renewed. Instead of the lovely pool view or even an open view...

Another excellent stay at Club Riza, always a friendly reception and all requests dealt with promptly. Our room which was a 1 bed apartment, overlooked the outdoor spa pool with a seaview which was lovely to wake up to each morning. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean and well maintained. Lots of great eating places around to suit...
