Definitely NOT disabled friendly. Steps into hotel. First ramp not wide enough for wheelchair. Lift too small for wheelchair. Had to take foot rest off, angle chair corner to corner and go in lift alone and wait for assistance out. Room was dark and dated. Could not open window as brick wall other side! Dated hotel a good walk away from the town centre and bus station. Main guests are retired people and the hotel entertainment is focused on their tastes. My room on fifth floor had very little choice of English television channels it's mainly Italian , bathroom was huge but nowhere to store toiletries. Towels were not changed and tea tray items...
