Hey peeps... i will be travelling to Malta for 6 nights in June with my missus, 3 yr old daughter and 1 yr old son... will be staying at Cardor hotel.... I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews for this hotel. Have I made a mistake booking this hotel? I don’t intend to use this hotel as a resort type use. Just need it to sleep, shower etc. We will be out and about every day hopefully and checking out as much of Malta as possible. How easy is it to travel from one town/city to another? What’s the cost like in Malta with food, public transport, day tours/excursions etc? Are taxis cheap? Are there a lot of day tour/excursion agencies around? Are they easy to find? Can I barter? What do you guys recommend us to go and visit? Best restaurants to visit? Is it easy to get down to places like Valletta, Saint Julian etc? Any advice would be much appreciated
