We would like to thank the staff at The Bugibba Hotel, formerly known as Blue Sea Hotel, for the amazing service that they have given us. We booked 8 rooms on an all-inclusive basis for an overnight stay and we were truly satisfied and fulfilled. The food was great and appetising and the waiters were very helpful. We enjoyed a...

When we arrived at this hotel and booked in at reception they demanded money from us straight away for some sort of local tax we were totally unaware of so that was a slap in the face. I wouldn't say the staff were unfriendly more, disinterested. The rooms were very basic but relatively clean. The aircon however was broken and...

Dear Melanie, It is a pity that you seem to have found everything wrong with the hotel and the surrounding facilities, though most people find plenty to entertain them and to give them some gastronomic joy. The hotel is in Tourist Street, so is ideally placed for the tourist to explore Bugibba and Qawra. Many of the restaurants nearby have...

Dear Judy, The restaurant has a full menu and most guests find plenty to satisfy them. The chef is also available to discuss personalized food requirements. The usual room cleaning arrangements were followed, other reviewers having no problems with the cleanliness of their rooms, no matter how large the rooms were. As an old style hotel, the rooms are larger...

This hotel has changed its name and is now called the Bugibba Hotel. The impression is that it has seen better days, but nothing that a lick of paint and a dash of filler here and there would not put right. The price was very reasonable, it was clean, had a good heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi and the breakfasts...

We really hope to see you again, perhaps in April when the weather is so good and the temperature mild but inviting. You can more or less guarantee sunshine in April and the facilities available will be immense.

Stayed 03 November 2016 in room 402. I am pleased about the hotel, the staff and the room and the maid service since I have been here. Firstly, if guests are accommodated in the A building, they merely have to take the lift down to the ground floor in order to reach the indoor pool. In B building, the walk is across a small terrace to get to the indoor pool, a distance about the same as going from reception to the toilet facilities, that is, about...
