We stayed here end of Oct 2021, unfortunately this hotel is on its last legs.. very very basic, room had mouldy bathroom ceilings, food was very basic, bar closed down upon looking through its beyond repair. Most of the hotel is closed, we saw around 4 other families.. staff are helpful on a basic level, and I’m understanding Covid has hit the industry hard but I can’t see this hotel surviving. Lots of maintenance needed, broken tiles, no modern amenities, TV’s don’t work in rooms, just all round a very very disappointing stay. Was glad to be home.

We stayed here for 4 nights . The hotel itself is outdated to be honest but I'm not sure if it was due to being end of season. Things like the trees ans bushes desperately needed cutting. The positives we had from this was the lovely receptionist. She could not do enough for us. We had a few issues which she quickly sorted and made sure we were OK. The lady is a short black hair lady (cannot remember her name). The cleaners came in every day and made put beds and added fresh towels. Bugibba itself was not the best. Far too much traffic as most of the bars are roadside so you breathe in loads of car fumes but some bars are set back.

Booked for four days didn’t even stop there had to go to another hotel lost £433 I don’t even think rats stop there horrible place that needs shutting down staff very rude and hotel disgusting. This hotel gives Malta a bad name. The advertising of the hotel is probably from about 20 year ago and should be updated. I asked to speak to the manager and and the answer I got was that he was too busy. Absolutely disgrace of a hotel & management.
