The hotel was well located in the middle of the town. Everything is in walking distance. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice - no complaints. Nice coffee and tea opportunity for free at lobby.

Did you read my review or another one? I never mentioned a lift, I ieven went back to check and there is no lift anywhere in my review. i remember well there was a lift and anyway it's not something I absolutely need in a hotel, luckily. And i remember there was no tea or coffe in my room, maybe there was in yours. Given the general quality of service in Norway I wouldn't find surprising that they forgot to put tea and coffee in some rooms. You can save insulting comments, if you please.
