We stayed here last June on our way from Sequoia NP to Manzanar National Historic Site and Death Valley NP. The view of the Sierra Nevadas is breath-taking and the quaintness of the towns Lone Pine and Independence was a treat. The owner Strider was...More

Great motel, modern and clean place overall. Super friendly and helpful owner, logistical assistance for hikers and swift laundry service. Recommend this place for any JMT or PCT resupply. Daniel from South Africa

I've only stayed on 395 a few times in my life but none of my lodgings beat the Mt Williamson Motel. Beautifully decorated and maintained with all the charm of another era. Excellent for dogs and people. Only complaint might be the highway traffic but...More

Nothing new to add except that the actual property seems small to me. If Strider does allow long term parking it may be on a first come basis. Definitely call first.

The Paiute Suite has a full kitchen. All of the cabins/rooms have heaters. Cabin #6 has an outdoor fire pit.
