From December 23-December 31 we have a two night minimum stay due to the busy holiday season. This information is posted on the Ardmore Inn website under General Information - subtitle "Reservation Deposit" - 2nd paragraph. This same information was given to Expedia, Hotels.com, etc....More

Sorry I don't know, but my guess is that the town would have gym. It seemed like that type of place. The Woodstock Inn must have one and I am sure you could get an arrangement for aguest member ship. Good Luck.
