The head of our queen bed was lower than the foot. The 10" TV worked, but it was really small. Windows required props to keep open. Very very clean, but this is a very old farmhouse that is pretty tired. Very British - hosts are English, menu for breakfast was English food, prepared English-style. Most of the other guests were...

We thank JimBob for taking time to comment on his stay. We are disappointed that he found the inn to be 'tired'. Our inn is an original 1830's building but it has undergone extensive remodeling with contemporary 21st century style, but reflect that this might not have been to this clients liking? The Chester room he occupied does indeed have...

Everything about this place is great - the bedroom was large and beautifully furnished, the library was a delight to explore, the little kitchen perfect for making drinks, and the home made cake a delightful treat, the freshly made breakfasts were delicious and the company was so pleasant - friendly without being intrusive.

The Woodstocker is eclectic and quirky and has personality at every turn. We got a good laugh at seeing a piece of paper under our bed, and when we picked it up, reading "Yep, we cleaned here too!" The Inn is not in the heart of Woodstock, but just past the main town and is a very easy walk into...

What a delightful place! From the moment we walked through the door, were requested to remove our shoes and were taken up to our enormous room, we felt at home and relaxed. It is about a 10-15 minute brisk walk from the centre of Woodstock and is a clean and comfortable place to stay. Loads of books, armchairs, access to...

A great location being a short, delightful walk from the town centre. Great hosts, lovely rooms and super comfortable beds, all polished off with a breakfast that will set you up for the day! Stay here, you will not regret it!

The Woodstocker Inn is superbly situated at the far end of the village of Woodstock, making it a very pleasant amble back in, to reach the shops and eateries on offer. David and Dora are very welcoming hosts, who have a wealth of knowledge and advice to pass on, should you want it, but are not intrusive, or gushing in...

I was lucky enough to stay at the Woodstocker in September 16 while on a solo trip around New England. The room was exactly as required - comfortable and spacious. Breakfasts were wonderful, and David and Dora were terrific hosts, armed with information and recommendations. The Inn is about a half a mile stroll from restaurants, and hiking can begin...

My mom and I are on a 4,000+ mile road trip…a wonderful experience and one with many surprises along the way. Our trip is unplanned, so lodging comes as we begin to feel tired for the day. How fortunate were we to find the Woodstocker in Vermont!! David and Dora's B & B was a perfect place for us to...

I stopped for three nights in this fabulous B & B - as a fellow Brit, it felt like home from home. Great room, great breakfasts (organic produce) and really appreciated the kitchen/cake/chocolate stash available. David was great at providing maps and recommendations for sightseeing. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Inn in early September 16, while travelling through New England. Woodstock is a lovely town and we found the Woodstocker Inn English owners to be very helpful and friendly. Very willing to provide advice on the local area. The Inn is in a great location on the edge of the town, so approx. 10 mins walk...
