Let me say I LOVE Hilton properties and have been an Honors member for years. Granted we booked this hotel at 1am however the site...Hilton.com was showing there was a room available with 2 double beds. Well we get there it's late...we are tired and the bell hop pulls our luggage out and places it on the cart...first clue something...

Wasn't expecting much on this last minute trip to Atlanta. Rolled in late and expected staff to be snippy or something, not sure why. Check in was an exceptional experience as the front desk clerk was supremely personable and helpful. I'd stayed at this hotel years ago when it was a dated Marriott, and the new, modern aesthetic is much...

Seriously, it's all one huge upcharge. If you don't mind motel 6 style surroundings to be close to downtown - this is for you. Just don't valet or randomly try the breakfast buffet, unless you're constipated. If you are having trouble pooping, the upcharges will help. If not, just pick ANY OTHER hotel.

Multiple issues, but the staff resolved them in a timely manner. The overnight on duty person was cordial and was very sympathetic Parking needs to be addressed for all of downtown. Guests should not have to be milked for 30 extra dollars to park overnight.

This hotel is very old and has no parking so be prepared to pay $32.00 a night to park your car. And good luck finding how to get into the driveway because you have to find a back street coming from the back to get into a small driveway to drop off your car. Rooms are small, our door wouldn't...

I found this hotel to be a very good option downtown, near the Conference Center, Centennial Park, Football Hall of Fame, and GA Dome. All of these locations are easily walkable - 10 minutes. I believe I originally selected the location for price and location and was not disappointed. Here are a few things to know as you plan. Valet...

The hotel is clean. Parking is a little odd. You almost have to make a U turn to get into the front of the hotel. The gym is great. Not sure why they only take a short pic and not show all the equipment they have. A lot to do downtown. Walking around is the best for this area, driving...

Great value and excellent customer service! The employees of this hotel were ALL very approachable and extremely helpful. My only issue was this was during Prom season...some young people staying at hotel that we're having a good time after hours. But overall, I would definitely use this hotel again.
