I stated at this property in October 2022 for a business conference. As always, let's go Pros and Cons. PROS: 1. The property is directly across the street from Lenox Mall, so it's close to several restaurants and shopping options. 2. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. 3. The hotel offered a 2 p.m. checkout, which was helpful. CONS: 1. When I entered my room, the bathroom smelled like old, dirty cleaning water. I probably should have requested another room as that smell - you know it when you smell it - stayed in the room during my entire three-day/two-night stay. Terrible. The cleaning staff should change the water or cleaning cloths/towels between rooms. 2. My room had only one trash can. You'll usually find at least two, if not three in most rooms (to include the bathroom). That was inconvenient. 3. When I arrived, I found hairs on the walls of the shower. 4. There was very poor cell phone reception throughout most of hotel. OVERALL: I was disappointed in the condition of my room when I arrived. If and when I travel to Atlanta again, I doubt that I would stay at this hotel.…
We were in a desperate situation as some other hotels nearby that promised suites did not have any available, and the Westin took care of us!! We will always be grateful for the flexibility and service that Raphael K. Johnson showed us at the front desk. He made sure my in-laws, and son were taken care of and showed absolute PATIENCE and kindness with our plethora of requests! We will definitely be staying back here the next time we come to Buckhead!
Had a nice stay in November. Staff attentive and polite and professional. Valet staff and parking easy although there is a fee. Rooms spacious and clean. Views amazing. Gym very nice with indoor pool. Palm restaurant convenient and food was good. Location across the street from mall was good. Lots of dining nearby. Marta about 5 mins walk. I felt safe staying here as well.
Last week I was there for a conference. Every detail was attended to and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Dalores and her housekeeping staff went above and beyond. Lisa and Vivienne and the dining staff were amazing and Jamael and the front desk were so helpful and friendly. I can't wait to come back!
A fantastic hotel, reception staff were welcoming and attentive to any need. It really set the tone for the stay! Anika organised taxis, held bags and was a joy!! The room was clean and tidy with great views & tea and coffee making!
Very sweet and outgoing front desk staff. Set a great tone at check-in. I arrived with a massive migraine and andra was quick to get me some advil and help in any way she could. Really appreciated her willingness to help and her positive attitude while doing so!
I spent three nights in The Westin Buckhead Atlanta for an industry conference. The venue, meeting facilities, food and service were all high quality. The hotel team were top notch, warm, friendly, caring and attentive. In particular, Abigail at the front desk was outstanding. She resolved some confusion on check in easily and well — and was a great help at checkout with bag storage, advice on travel options to the Atlanta airport, and suggested travel times. A great stay!
Dalores, Raphel, & Jamel went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I had a special project and needed assistance from their team. They never batted an eye, or balked- they jumped right in and took over to help. Their big smiles and great attitudes made my day!
We had a such a great weekend in ATL. My mom and I came for a concert and Ms. Yasmean at the front desk was so knowledgeable and helpful during our check in process. The room was beautiful with a beautiful view. We will definitely be back!
Arranging a group event for a large group can be a challenge, but the hotel meeting manager, Jessica Z., was phenomenal. As with any event of this size, there are numerous changes, adds, deletes etc. Jessica addressed dozens of modifications to the attendee list with timely, friendly and concise communication. I would highly recommend a business or group event at the Weston Buckhead.
