This is a beautiful hotel, just like any orher hilton! The bed is comfy, there is free wifi, the bathroom is very clean and well done, the room has a cream color tone, which is relaxing, and the hotel is close to Emory and other business centers.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently and I must say, I don't think this hotel (the facility) lives up to Hilton's reputation. Let's start with the positives: I must say that the customer service was impeccable - everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional! The location was decent also, it is located NEAR the tourist area -...

We were at the Hilton for the Cheersport competition this weekend. Upon leaving our flights were delayed and we had plenty of time before we needed to leave for the airport. Mike V at the concierge desk was so helpful and accommodated us with a complimentary room for a few hours and arranged for transportation for our group of 9...

I think the Hilton name carries a lot more clout than it deserves. I stay in a lot of HIltons for domestic conferences and while the lobbies are often well done (like this one- good shop for snacks/coffee, good bar, nice breakfast) the rooms constantly leave something to be desired. The water in my tub backed up during showers and...

Stayed here 2/13 to 2/15. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am thinking we would have to leave our luggage before heading to the Georgia Aquarium. We were able to get a room right away! I was really liking this place!!! Then it went down hill. The shower leaked creating a annoying noise. The sink didnt drain well No...

Probably one of my worst stays at a Hilton. I'm a Diamond member and travel a lot for work. I had to stay at this location for a cheer competition this past weekend. No mention of diamond member benefits, no room upgrade, no key given to me for executive level benefits which included breakfast. I had to call the front...

All the employees that we came in contact with was very and accommodating. We had trouble with our key and they were very helpful. The only problem was we couldn't get the water in the shower hot. It was barely warm.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here. I spent a week here for a work conference in a room with two double beds. There were some minor service issues that could be refined for the level of service and price point, but that was compensated for by the overall friendliness of the staff in all departments, including the food...

The hotel needs some updating including its customer service. A lot of the staff were not friendly and seemed to busy chatting with each other instead of the guests. Based on the review I was very concerned - but this was what Connections Housing offered our gym.
