I found it comfortable and cozy, though "old", staff is very friendly and the atmosphere was nice and interesting. The only problems I had was the full-lactose breakfast (impossible for me to eat) and the dog barking in the room next to mine, that was very annoying.

It is WONDERFUL if you are a Jimmy Carter scholar or enthusiast. It is a lovely walk to the Library and Museum. The people there are lovely. The hotel is 1970s Bates Motel. Scary. Unkempt. A black cat.

As an Atlanta-suburb resident, I have always wanted to stay here. Convenient location, quaint interior, large room, clean, nice furniture in room, friendly black cat that roams the hotel, very friendly staff. I honestly felt like I was staying at grandmother's house. And, did I mention the price?! You cannot get anything cheaper in ATL without going to a roach...

This appeared to be old apartment housing turned into an Inn, so there were a number of interesting (should I say strange) things noticed. However, I have stayed in old Inns that were not as comfortable. It took the water about 7-10 minutes to warm up. The beds were adequate, the heater worked great and we did just fine. Free...

People seem to be very fond of this place. I know, I had a great check in and even got a free upgrade to a King suite. But no. I travel constantly. I stay in everything from zero to 5 star hotels, from New York to northern Nigeria. I always try my best to give a fair review. I tried...

They boot cars that are on the handicapped space with a handicapped placard. Disgusting place. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. The management is very disrespectful and has the worst customer service.

Room and bed was clean. Stayed here during a convention and the price was very good compared to downtown. Easy to catch a car to the World Congress Center. Close to a couple of places to eat and have a drink for dinner. Would stay again.

Check in with very helpful young guy and staff in general was very welcoming. Except for the lady at checkout who was apparently not enjoying her job. The building is historic, and I loved the old-fashioned aspect of it. Loved the ridiculously small toilet/shower. However, old things are nice when well maintained. And I think this place needs some TLC...

Here are the key words, cute, historic, restored, boutique, original, artistic, quaint...these are words to ignore when booking a hotel. Because they really mean, crooked floors, old building, paper thin walls, no locks on the bathroom, weird room layouts, old, stained, horribly uncomfortable beds, no real heat. Those are realistic words. But! The hotel is fine, respectably clean enough, and...

Stayed for two nights. Was a pretty decent stay. Small rooms. The shower was awful. Was a quick and affordable place to lay our head after a festival. The hotel had a unique charm but wouldn't be acceptable to someone looking for luxury. We enjoyed it but probably won't stay there again unless it's another quick trip.
