The hospitality and beautiful establishment was breathtaking. I have never experienced such great service and consistent cleanliness and professionalism throughout my stay. Jerome Smith was of great help and would go out of his way to make sure that all of our needs were met.

We are Canadians and came down for a conference for 5 days. This hotel is SERVICE PLUSE !!!!!! Yes, it is not the shiniest in downtown Atlanta as far as appearance goes but once inside, it does shine above most 4 to 5 star properties in all aspects from service to cleanliness. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The beds are luxurious and very comfortable with four pillows on each and a soft down duvet! Elevators are quick, staff is personable and friendly. One employee in particular is an outstanding young man. Jared Brown was exceptionally helpful and friendly, so kudos to Jared! I have only two complaints: the self-parking is not convenient......

Form the moment we walked in, the daily service and the lovely send off that the lead bellman Jerome Smith provided us this was by far one of the best stays I have had a hotel in a long time. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the maid service was outstanding. Short walking distance to all of downtown has to offer.

We were treated with the utmost professionalism. Our stay at The Sheraton Atlanta exceeded our expectations. Dinner at Fandango's on our first night was great! Our waiter, Tony was was exceptional. Jerome Smith was very professional and attentive to making sure I was having a comfortable stay. Didn't really care for the remodeling or being restricted from easy pathways to my room because of private parties but all the staff were polite and professional.

All is quiet clean and comfortable. Courteous staff. Easy access from interstate. Rooms are well kept. The parking garage is a pain in the caboose to get to and from your car. They really push you to use the over-priced valet parking. They also will not allow guests to use the luggage carts - forcing you to tip bellhops.

After a delayed flight in Atlanta left is staying for the evening I chose to stay at the Sheraton. With no prior reservation they were more than accommodating!! The rooms were beautiful and immaculately clean. My only tiny complaint is that all the vending machines were empty. I will absolutely stay at the Sheraton again!
