I regret staying here. Poorly trained staff. Do not understand Marriott protocols. Poor management. I not only did not get the receipt by email as promised, I didn't even get credit for the stay. I'm Ambassador Elite status, but sassy Angel had to school me with the rules and how she understood them. I can assure u I and anyone from my company will never stay here again. Get rid of the chaos Marriott take your name down off this property.
I stayed here last week. Fantastic location. Excellent staff. Easy Parking, no parking deck just park out front and walk in. Excellent wifi. Fun lobby bar/restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are remolded and spacious. I thought the hotel was a great value.
I would like to particularly note the excellent service provided in the M Club Lounge by Patricia Jimenez. She was always helpful and courteous and concerned that guest’s needs were satisfied. The hotel is fortunate to have an employee so dedicated to guest care and satisfaction. My overall experience with the hotel was not good.
Had a quick trip to Atlanta and ate in the hotel restaurant instead of venturing out. The food was wonderful and George provided the best service. I can definitely recommend the salmon and I would eat there again.
Enjoyed my trip to Atlanta, the team is helpful and dedicated to service. During breakfast every morning Monica Wowed me, she made everything personal and always strived to be of help with questions about her city. Can’t wait to return.
Ms Monica at the Central Rail is so sweet and helpful!! She even remembered how I like my coffee the next day. She’s lovely. The room was mostly clean. There could have been more attention to vacuuming and dusting. Very slow drain in the sink.
Chauntae was absolutely a great host, she was really nice to me, and she is super friendly. I highly recommend her, because she took great care of me. I was having a really bad day and she took the time out to make me laugh. Super sweet lady!
I routinely stay here when visiting family. I read an October review ( which had very poor grammar) in which the reviewer went on and on about his Ambassador level and how he was mistreated. I’m not sure if he was confused . At any rate, I’m an experienced traveler who has stayed at many high end hotels. This hotel does a great job! It’s clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I shall continue to stay here on visits to Atlanta!
The staff at the ATL Marriott NE Emory were pleasant, professional and responsive. The decor is a whole vibe. The room was clean, contemporary and welcoming. Needed extra pillows and towels; had them within seconds it seemed! I don't know if you have ever requested items from a hotel and had to wait, and wait, and wait... not here. Made me also realize that I have a preference for rooms with flooring and not carpet! The restaurant had delectable dishes; not sure why I was surprised, but I was pleasantly surprised the 2 nights that we stayed in and dined there. Well priced menu too. Wi-Fi, ample parking with reasonable parking fee and a fitness center with towels (and a sanitizing station) to get it in! What more could you ask for? Great Stay.
I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly. The titanium club was well stocked with drinks, short on snacks. The Club breakfast serves a few hot items, eggs & bacon as well as bread goods. I rated it average because the mattress was uncomfortable and the room air conditioning was humid-like. I didn’t sleep well. It’s an older hotel as manifested in the wear and tear on the elevator and older appearance.
