The customer service was great! Super cute hotel, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Everything was clean, very modern, cozy accommodations. And free box water!! Seriously though, Akima, Wesley, Jamel, they were kind, professional, considerate, and friendly. Just great people! 10/10 recommend! We will be coming back to stay!
Lea was great!!!!! She was friendly, attentive and kind. She gave great recommendations, was quick to offer water and circled back multiple times to see if we needed anything. She was great and we loved our experience here because of her!

I stayed here for business over the Thanksgiving holiday. Everyone I encountered here was welcoming and professional. Rooms are trendy, decor is fun and colorful. Lots of breakfast options in the restaurant and the gym has a good variety of equipment. A special thank you to David Michael, your kindness and willingness to help guests is so appreciated!
I had the please of staying at Hotel Colee this weekend for a trip. The hotel is beautiful and upon arriving was greeted by friendly staff , Quintin, who made checkin quick and easy. Throughout my stay Jamel, Akima, and Huey were vital in helping make this trip memorable for my friends. Thank you so much.
Listen!!! I absolutely had to take a moment to share how much I have enjoyed my stay at Colee. The front desk were helpfull, friendly, and very responsive. Wesley, took great care of us and had awesome personality. If you plan to visit, go see Jenetta at the bar (inside Sister...the hotel restaurant). She is super friendly and knows how to make a fabulous cocktail. The other members of the staff were great too. Everytime we left and came back they made us feel welcomed and expected...that felt so nice. The only reason I didn't give Colee 5 stars is because of the rooftop (Rose' & Rye) restaurant. I realize they are separate from the Colee staff but it's the rooftop experience that is advertised for Colee. The staff are horrible and negatively impacted our experience. Luckily, the Colee staff made up for the issue and the remainder of the visit has been fantastic 🥲 …
Quintin is an outstanding night auditor. Although I arrived late, he extended his services to ensure I got what I needed. Quintin has a wonderful personality and positive attitude. Check in was a breeze and I was off to my room with a hot cup of tea.
I've been looking forward to staying here since they changed to the Autograph Collection. As I arrived, the valet were very professional and took care of my car quickly. Checkin was very efficient, friendly, and I was offered some lovely macarons. As I walked to the elevator I thought to myself "Now this FEELS like an Autograph Collection experience." The room in the dark looks great. Beautifully decorated, well designed, and has almost everything one needs. Love the Nespresso machine. Plastic glasses take the class down a notch, but I can forgive that. Sadly my problems began in the room. The housekeeping at the hotel is very spotty. There were glass rings on the side tables and the bathroom had a plethera of hair collected on the ceiling, in the corners, and on the shower walls. The worst part was that the shower had two temperatures: scaulding hot or freezing cold. The 2nd day I messaged them on the app to see if they could fix it. When I arrived that evening the shower experience was the same, so I messaged them and asked them if they'd fixed it. There were several strange exchanges and the next morning I found out that they had people up to fix it but alas it didn't do any good. The bedroom in the dark was great, but when the sun comes out it is revealed that the floor hasn't been vacuumed. There was a bit of chocolate on the carpet, lint, and there was a pile of cardboard next to the chaise lounge that wasn't picked up the whole time I was there. The trash wasn't collected on my second day as well. This is not at the level I'd expect of an Autograph Collection Hotel. The housekeeping I saw was on her phone in the hallway and dumping towels all over the floor of the hallways. Breakfast was only manned by 1 server. He did his best. Bonvoy Platinum Elite members were only offered the "sister" breakfast. I would have paid to upgrade as I found that a rather bland option. Most Autograph collections I have visited offer at least a few choices. Would I stay here again? I would love to see them improve in those areas. The hotel itself is lovely but housekeeping and the water situation leave a lot to be desired. The location of the hotel is great. Valet is quite expensive, but it's Buckhead and to be expected.…
During our visit we truly enjoyed ourselves. Quintin and Akima are the BEST staff that is there. They both went above the call of duty…. If we needed, they both were on top of it…. Thank you both for everything 😊
Great time at Sisters!! Jenetta was very accommodating and we felt at home. The property is amazing and we will be back. The food was perfect while watching the GA/Tennessee game. Way check in and valet team was great. The rooms were hip and modern.
