This is a really nice hotel and I had a lovely big room. The bathroom has both a bath and shower. Soaps are in dispensers so there are few toiletries for a standard room. There’s a mini bar in the bedroom, a desk and chair as well as an armchair. There is no restaurant but there is an open plan breakfast room through the reception. The lady on reception helped me find somewhere to eat and see and was very friendly. The only downside was the slight smell of cigarettes in the room despite the notice in the room forbidding it. The lovely cleaner said they would have happily changed my room had I mentioned it. I enjoyed the city and Plaza Mayor.

We used this hotel as an overnight stop-over en route to Santander. No complaints. Clean. Comfy bed. Good food. Pleasant staff. The parking garage is across the road that has a central continuous white line. Simple access to garage if coming up from the south but probably have to pass by and find next roundabout if coming the other way.

Try to avoid rooms on cathedral side of hotel as noise nightclub (Daja Vue) opposite (not music, but people (although via from this side towards cathedral is pretty). Club name ironic, as the noise repeats each night. Beds very comfy. Very clean. Friendly staff. Varried breakfast.

Excellent location within 2-minute walk from both Cathedrals (old and new) and Plaza Mayor. Room was small, albeit clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic. The staff were helpful and eager to provide information.

the location is great, easy to get to old quarter. bedroom large with big bathroom spotlessly clean. bed mattress was very hard and gave me pains at my hips. room was quiet although next to side road. reception staff of top quality, spoke English and very informative.
although it maintains it has a covered garage but it is a public parking basement across the road from the hotel, a voucher was given to me to hand to caretaker at the parking site and allowed me to exit without problems.
I would definitely stay here again if in Plasencia

Came here for a business trip, the location of the hotel is nice a long the city wall and a 5 min walk to the main square. The room i booked had a small bed and the view was to a wall, but i guess there are nicer rooms in the hotel. The food was really good and the staff is extremely friendly. There is a parking in front of the hotel that has an agreement with them so you can leave your car there for a reduced price. The hotel is nice and the breakfast was ok, but nothing special. I think if i return to Plasencia i would definitely try another hotel.

Beautiful old and clean hotel. Very friendly polite staff who speak good English. We had booked one room for three adults. When we arrived we actually had a large bedroom with a sitting room. The sitting room sofa bed was made into a huge double and good quality. Our adult son had a very good, comfortable nights sleep. The rooms were huge, each with a TV and WiFi included. There was a large bathroom, with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.. We looked out onto the road but heard no traffic noise or the pelican crossing which is situated right outside the hotel and frequently bleeps. Air conditioning worked very well.
Breakfast was taken in a light upstairs room which looked out over the roof tops. There was ample choice and it was very well thought out.
Parking can be booked by the hotel, at the time of booking so it is discounted. The car park is a public one across the road and underground. The advice would be travel very lightly, it is a long way to struggle upstairs (no lift from the recommended -3 level) to then cross the road with your luggage in 43C. We were only stopping one night and left the majority of things in the car. Our initial doubts were unfounded as there is 24hr security at the car park. There is also no where to unload the car outside the hotel.
The old town centre is situated a two minute walk round the corner from the hotel. Plenty of places to eat in the old square. Although the Hotel does have a restaurant. We could have easily stayed longer to explore the area more. If we do go back we will stay here again.

This hotel is situated about five minutes away from the Plaza Mayor. It is well appointed and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is more than adequate and is very generous. BUT........there is no life to the place! It is like entering a mausoleum!
Furthermore, the parking arrangement is a disaster. There is a small space at the main entrance where you can pull up and unload when you arrive but then you have take your car to an underground parking lot on the other side of the busy road outside - this means one has to drive about a half kilometre to a roundabout and then return to the carpark entrance. Upon leaving the carpack at a lower lever this leads to a one way exit and you have to drive about 2 kilometres to a roundabout to return to the street where the hotel is located BUT on the other side of the street. So you then have to procede up the hill away from the hotel until you find the first available roundabout which enables you to then reach the hotel and its small loading zone. COMPLICATED, YOU SAY! EXACTLY, I SAY!
My advice is to stay away from this hotel because of this VERY ANNOYING complication.

This hotel, close to the attractive Plaza Mayor and the old town, is also close to the picturesque old cathedral, with swirling lesser kestrels and nesting storks when we were there at the end of April. It is also close to the river with lovely walks. And a stroll from a nearby supermarket if you are making picnics. The rooms were well appointed, very clean, and there was a useful fridge.
It had been arranged that our group would eat in. The hotel would not serve before 9 pm, unlike other hotels we stayed at. And sometimes we waited half an hour for the food to appear. It was very plain simple fair, with the same tepid (tinned?) mixed vegetables every day. All wholesome, plentiful, but dull. Served too in a very sterile function room. Given the choice I would have preferred to eat out...
Breakfasts were excellent, with masses of choice; cereals, cold meats, cheese, yoghurts, fresh fruit, breads and cakes.

The concierge can tell you about a parking lot you can use just across the road.
We were on motorbikes and literally parked them in in designated bike slots just across the road from the hotel
No, not that i recall.
Saludos
