Try to avoid rooms on cathedral side of hotel as noise nightclub (Daja Vue) opposite (not music, but people (although via from this side towards cathedral is pretty). Club name ironic, as the noise repeats each night. Beds very comfy. Very clean. Friendly staff. Varried breakfast.

We used this hotel as an overnight stop-over en route to Santander. No complaints. Clean. Comfy bed. Good food. Pleasant staff. The parking garage is across the road that has a central continuous white line. Simple access to garage if coming up from the south but probably have to pass by and find next roundabout if coming the other way.

A great hotel, rooms are nice and comfortable and very clean the restaurant is super we had the special and really there was so much food you could hardly eat it all. Breakfast in the morning was also super. The nightlife in the town is wonderful with just a short walk alongside the hotel and into a very big square

Clean and very courteous staffs. Good size bedroom with a larger bath. Our room overlooking the mountains. Cozy place for a stop over night with breakfast included. A small town with lots of small shops

We were travelling through Spain en route to Portugal. Plasencia is a lovely Spanish town and convenient. The hotel is lovely, characterful yet clean and modern facilities. Perfect for a stopover. The beds were comfy, showers efficient. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good value and plenty of great choice. The only issue for us was parking. They use part of a public carpark quite close. But the carpark looked unkept and we weren’t too sure? But the hotel gave us a ticket and it was €10 euros which is superb value for so close to the city. We were just wary as the car park was not secure to the hotel. But we had absolutely no problems and checking out was efficient and worked.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and good restaurant. The hotel is located just 2-3 minutes' walk from Plaza Major and the old town. Perfect location. Parking is available and free Wi-Fi works well.

The hotel is quiet, the people very polite and kind, the rooms are super clean. My room was extremely quiet. It is not luxurious but it is very comfortable. I did not try the restaurant. You get a ticket to go in an out of the parking across the street. That parking is difficult to navigate if you don't have a small car, the spaces are very tight, there are columns very close together and the spots are very small. Overall the place does not feel historic or luxurious but it is very comfortable.

the location is great, easy to get to old quarter. bedroom large with big bathroom spotlessly clean. bed mattress was very hard and gave me pains at my hips. room was quiet although next to side road. reception staff of top quality, spoke English and very informative. although it maintains it has a covered garage but it is a public parking basement across the road from the hotel, a voucher was given to me to hand to caretaker at the parking site and allowed me to exit without problems. I would definitely stay here again if in Plasencia

Excellent location within 2-minute walk from both Cathedrals (old and new) and Plaza Mayor. Room was small, albeit clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic. The staff were helpful and eager to provide information.

Whilst we did not stay in this hotel, we visited and checked out the facilities. My Father had stayed here many years previously, when he was working on hydro-electric dams in the area: surprised to note that the hotel had not changed that much ... it was the premium hotel at the time and seemed to maintain that status. May well stay there in the future.
