I wanted to go to a place where I could relax and being in nature and that's exactly what I got a this hotel.
The room was good, the only thing I would say is that the bed needed to be updated as the mattress wasn't comfy at all.
You could have also food in the hotel and I have to say that was good quality and not expensive at all. You can have a lunch menu with three courses for 16ā‚¬
Express breakfast ( coffee, fruit and a toast) for 2.90ā‚¬

Location wise was perfect as it was only 5 minutes from the main town and amenities (HervƔs).

We also enjoyed some treatments in the spa area and it was worth it.

Definitely highly recommend.

In a magnificent environment of tranquility and mountains. Prepared for the winter season but where the sun and heat give other possibilities.
Very good facilities. General sympathy from the entire staff. First contact, which counts very, sincerely positive and above average. Animation for guests.
Housing 115. Superior with double bed and jacuzzi. Very large room with bucolic view. Great first impression. Negative points : unclear information about the receipt number that can be confused with the number to use in case of fire (just put ā€œto call reception or in case of fire mark 9ā€. Shower tap difficult to handle with hands with soap (interior decorator). Hair dryer does not work more than two minutes. Then stop and you have to cool down. Jacuzzi needs maintenance. But as the indoor pool is great and has aqua massage areas everywhere, the room is dispensable. Very good outdoor pool area, as well as the SPA and other facilities. Easy parking. But HervĆ”s is not there anymore!
Good breakfast but no exaggerations. The restaurant serves quite well, with varied and well prepared dishes.
Access by N 630 is great, but by 205 is dangerous. In the end very positive feeling. But for now and without investment is not a 4 stars!

We stayed here on our way back home for one night expecting a hotel with a restaurant as promised on the website. Well, the restaurant was closed and breakfast was also improvised from the kitchen. No buffet at all.
Receptionist and waitress did not speak English at all. Room was clean, little outdated but with a great shower and terrace. Too bad that it did not met our expectations.

It is a hotel of the 70s, has not been modernized, it seems that the guests are not less than 70 years old.
We're not coming back.
The menu, the same.... for seniors and very crappy breakfast, if you want scrambled eggs, you have to pay more. It is a 4-star hotel, this does not happen in hotels that are truly 4-star.

It does not correspond to a 4-star resort. We travel a lot and it has nothing to do with hotels of the same category.
When you enter the hotel it smells bad. That already puts you back. The hotel furniture is very outdated (sofas from the 60s).
The room also smells very bad (like clogged pipes). Uncomfortable beds, very low and very old with old-fashioned bedspreads. Very small television. Outdated furniture, it looks like a room from the 70s with very old and not very clean curtains. Rough sheets.
At night the clients are under the rooms until very late and do not allow them to rest.
Very little varied breakfast for a 4-star hotel. Juice that didn't look natural. Only one type of bread and of poor quality. Not even a little ham in this wonderful land.
At the spa there was no one to welcome you. The facilities are not bad but the jets were not activated until 6:30 p.m. and not all of them work, which means that there are people who cannot enjoy them.
A shame because the surroundings are magnificent and with a little care in modernizing the hotel and ensuring that everything works it would be magnificent. A land like Extremadura deserves better.
The only thing I liked is that the older clients wanted to be in places like this where they are with other people and make friends.

Very uncomfortable room in a pavilion away from the main building, bad mattress, outdated furniture. They don't tell you therapies or inform you well. Looks like everything from the '70s, bad quality, sweetheart, worthless. Don't go, save yourself the feeling of con. Not half Ace has. That's the scariest thing I've seen in years. I'll go back to the area, but I'll get better informed and find another place. I'd appreciate it if someone took pictures if they wanted and uploaded them to testify, I didn't.

The room had several things to improve:

1. The old toilet bowl didn't work well
2. Dwarf television
3. The minibar refrigerator was empty and did not cool
4. Expensive cafeteria services

But the worst was at night, despite having the air conditioning system turned off, an air conditioning motor could be heard loudly, I don't know if it was from the same room or another but it didn't allow me to sleep.

2 sleepless nights, to call the reception and have them indicate that they will raise the complaint (which they did not do) so it was time to file a complaint.

Degrading treatment by that "worker"

It is not understandable that you go to that hotel looking for peace and get this response from a worker and a noise that prevents you from sleeping at night.

I only went to their heated pool and the cold water was a big disappointment, the jets only give them for half an hour in the afternoon. And we are not going to talk about the price of 8.50 per person for three hours.
