What an amazing find! We read the reviews about this hotel and decided to try it for ourselves for a mini break, so glad we did. Tucked away off the main road with a sandy beach on its back doorstep. From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much for them. Our room was comfortable and very clean and we loved the monogrammed sheets. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice and both times the food was amazing. It was lovely to sit outside in the evening on the terrace, chilling with one of their lovely wines.
An amazing hotel with friendly and attentive staff. We stayed in the superior room. It was large and very comfortable . The hotel is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and also has a great little pool with plenty of sun beds. The food at the hotel is absolutely amazing, I've been a chef for many years and I was so impressed with the quality. The authentic Spanish menu changes daily using local and fresh ingredients. The chef's are so talented and the food feels like any top restaurant in London. Patrick's knowlege of the food and wine and his past experience in top hotels in London really shows. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Hidden gem 💎
After 6 years we finally got the chance to stay at Hotel Rosa again. We were so happy to see the different generations of owners still there The hotel is still so beautiful and quaint. The food is wonderful and the rooms spotlessly clean. Please never change! We can’t wait to come back. John B, Åse & Yohannes
Just back from a wonderful two week stay at Hotel Rosa. The family run hotel exudes quality, character and charm and it's probably only it's relatively small size that prevents it getting an official 4 star rating. The facilities are excellent, rooms clean and comfortable. Even the sheets and towels have the Hotel Rosa monogram. The staff are friendly and extremely welcoming. It's difficult to praise them highly enough. Nothing is too much bother for them. The breakfasts are excellent - buffet at weekends, and choice of simple continental breakfast or a cooked option on weekdays. ( the cooked option changes from day to day). The restaurant offers very traditional Spanish cuisine - cooked and prepared to a very high standard. There is no a'la carte menu - just the Menu del Dia -that changes daily. The menu is only in Spanish - but the staff are more than happy to translate. We'd happily stay there again, and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. …
The hotel was amazing, it was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful! The location was great by being next to the beach and about a 15 minute walk from town! Everything worked and the Wi-Fi was speedy also! Would recommended this hotel to anyone wanting to stay within Denia!
As a vegetarian I have visited this hotel several times now for a menu del dia which is available for non-guests. Booking in advance for a vegetarian option is advised. The dining area is either air conditioned inside or outside under umbrellas and palm trees with a gentle sea breeze. The atmosphere is peaceful typical classical Spanish, friendly staff who can speak English. Two hotel cats, friendly but must NOT be fed - and sparrows under the trees chirping with ambient quiet Spanish music make this one of the better establishments for a classy meal at a competitive price.
This hotel is a modest hotel and a very good value. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The location of the hotel is okay. It is not in the center of town, but walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There was a nice outside patio where they served breakfast that is included in the price of the room. Good value. You can also have dinner or order drinks here. The staff are nice, but din't get our orders correct and it was a little slow.
Spent 3 nights at this beautiful charming small family run hotel, its clean, comfortable, with friendly staff, very good food and wine, good location definitely great value for money and we will return to this hotel
This is a quaint little hotel short walk to the beach and also to the centre of Denia. The room was cosy and the bathroom recently renovated. The noise insulation isn't the best so we kept being awoken by either people walking in the corridor or the kids next door.
We stayed during the October midterm with two teenage boys. The hotel is very charming and well run by a hard working family and loyal staff. There is grest attention paid to cleanliness, which is really reassuring. It is right on the beach which my wife and I swam in most days. They have a tennis court and rented out the tennis rackets to the kids for almost nothing. Its a bit of a walk to get to town but the value maked it worth it. Dinner menu, if you go for it, is ridiculously cheap and very tasty. Well done to everyone at Hotel Rosa, and thanks for a very enjoyable stay.
