Fabulous hotel situated right on the beach. Rooms are basic but immaculately clean. Beds and pillows are sooo comfortable. Had best nights sleep here. Staff are amazing and always smiling. We have felt so happy here. Breakfast is exceptional. All good quality products and very tasty. Rita makes the best latte and English cup of tea 😀 We really don’t want to leave but will definitely be back. We left a much higher class hotel in Alicante but feel this hotel is far superior and a much happier place to stay.
The Noguera Mar hotel is nothing short of exceptional, and it does everything at spectacular prices. Everywhere you look there it is the blue sea. The standard of cleanliness is second to one. The bed’s quilt and blankets were fresh from the laundry, the rooms is left spotless is you leave the room for a quick dip in the sea. I booked a single room and a ridiculously low rate. It was room 211 and the furthest from the sea in the West wing. Still, the views were admirable. The staff is welcoming and very friendly with pets. The bar serves a sublime cod fritter that you can enjoy staring at the sea like a content, Mediterranean god. One of the best hotel experiences that I have ever had.
We booked from the reviews, and were not disappointed. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely quiet location on the beach. Good quality breakfast. Good wifi, free parking. Nice clean room. Good quality toiletries. We will be back.
We moved to this hotel for the sea views. The terrace room was comfortable. The bathroom is tiny. The breakfast is good and staff lovely but you are not allowed to eat outside. Only in the dining room which has no views. You are not allowed to have Tapas on the terrasse over looking the sea. We had great service.
We spent an all-too-short week in October. The hotel was perfectly situated literally on the beach. The room was well appointed and very comfortable, although the bathroom was a tad small. Both the food available in the bar and the restaurant was of a uniformly high standard. I had probably the best sirloin I have ever had cooked on the restaurant's outside barbecue. The hotel's secret weapon however, was the staff. They were all, and I mean ALL, welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, and we felt exceptionally well looked after. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough
We stayed in this hotel for two nights, the staff were very nice and helpful. It was very clean and we sat on the terrace in the afternoon watching the sea as the waves crashed in. The weather was very rainy but the sun came out for 2 hours in evening. We ate there but it was not very good food but the staff were very nice and friendly as we don’t speak Spanish.
Great value small hotel with superbly clean bedroom and pretty marvellous choice of buffet style breakfast, Charly, the attendant, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Quite hard to find the hotel initially and not the most salubrious of areas. The beach here was only o.k. compared to others on this piece of coast.
I always consider the staff at a hotel when doing a review. In my mind it makes a great difference. The whole staff at the Noguera Mar were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. as per previous reviews, the beach is on the doorstep the area is quiet but lovely and 5 mins from the fantastic town of Denia with its wonderful streets full of great Tapas bars. the hotel is clean and comfortable and being small has a homely feel about it. The breakfasts were excellent with a brilliant choice of local produce. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also fantastic. Everything we had was perfectly cooked and again the staff were excellent. Only downside was being woken at first light by pigeons cooing at each other. That aside I would recommend the hotel to anyone we had a superb week there.…
Hotel is ok - bedding needs to be better quality - out of season there is very little choice of places to eat. The Wifi is not good at all had to pick up mail from wifi at restaurant out of town. People friendly
Room 107. 95E/night included 2 breakfast but we were off season. We really liked this place. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. They had limited but adequate English. Our room had a sea view but not all of the rooms do. The room was basic but very nice, clean, and well kept. There were wash cloths and plenty of bath towels that were large but a bit thin. There were no Kleenex. We had a hard time adjusting the radiator, it was either too hot or too cold. The bed was large and comfortable. Parking is free but a bit limited. WiFi was good but slow. Breakfast didn't serve until 8:30 which is only a problem if you wanted to hit the road early. Breakfast was a good selection of ham, 3 kinds of sliced salami, cheeses, breads, fruits, coffee with refills, and WONDERFUL fresh orange juice. Despite my few negative comments above, we really liked this cool little hotel and would stay here again.…
