This is one of the best ski resort i have ever been except the service. Even though you dont have any other choice (like an outside market or a cafe) they even charge water, tea and coffee and they are very expensive. The open buffet variety is nice but everyday they serve the same food. This resort is double the...

In our first ever trip to Kartalkaya, my husband wanted to put us up in the best hotel in the area to make sure we spend our 2 short days comfortably with our two children. He picked Kaya Palazzo and booked a nice suite complete with an indoor jacuzzi. From the first moment at the check in desk we were...

Hotel is very pretty, may be over the top, service is excellent, food is good, very clean, BUT drinking water is not included except at breakfast, lunch and dinner. They charge 8TL for 1/2 L water ( the usual price in ships is 0.50-0.80TL). This hotel is 100 Euro per person per night and they should not do this. I...

Nice lobby and the lounge. Rooms are ok except that they all smell cigarette smoke as the crazy customers smoked in the rooms. Water closet in the bathroom installed almost 15 cm higher than the regular standard and and causes huge problem. Food, service and personnel are perfect. There is no famous 5 o'clock tea in this hotel and lobby...

We landed up at this hotel just by chance on a spontaneous ski trip. And what a place! Helpful, friendly, welcoming staff; large, aesthetically done up, comfortable rooms; excellent, strategic location on the slopes....and the fooood....oh, the foood was top of the line, michelin stuff! The best part is that the price of the room includes all 3 meals in...

Been there for a 3 day stay and stayed in one of the big suites with a Jacuzzi and a fireplace. First of all, the fireplace is nothing but a decoration item. It's electric and only a display for simulates flames. It is well placed right in front of the jacuzzi, so even if it's just a display, it's still...

It was the best experience I have ever had in Kartalkaya. The personnel were extremely polite and tried their best to make us happy. The hotel is still new looking. We stayed in a suite room, and it definitely worth the money. I'll highly recommend.

Our family booked the Kaya Palazzo for a two day ski trip. We have stayed in many hotels, but this, by far was the nicest. We were pleasantly surprised when the online photos were real. It is just as beautiful in person as online. We are a family of five and to have the availability of two adjoining rooms was...

I took my two teens, mom and aunt to this new facility. The architecture, view, service, decoration, and large lounges were remarkable. Food were scrupmtious. The staff were amazingly nice and well educated. The winter theme applied throughout the entire hotel unexpactedly. Even the standards room were large and the bathrooms weren't sketchy as in the other skii resorts I've...
