This was our second stay at the Cennet and it wouldn't be our last. We’ve known Nihat and Serpil for years when eating at their Mercan restaurant. It’s a small, friendly, family run hotel in a good location only a couple of minutes from Hisaronu. Our room was a good size, spotlessly clean with air conditioning, fridge, free WiFi, plenty of storage space and a balcony. The Cennet had a good sized pool and lounge area with plenty of areas to sit and relax out of the sun. There is a good bar and restaurant too. We enjoyed our stay and noticed many of the people staying there were regulars. We’ll definitely be back again.

Stayed at this hotel at the suggestion of friends who stay here every year . We was very pleasantly surprised due to what we felt were low cost for the standard of the hotel . It was simple but clean ,functional and staff couldn't do enough for us .they made us feel very at home. We also ate in the restraunt which was excellent. We will definitely be back next year and would highly recommend it to anyone wanted a small ,well positioned freindly hotel .

we had a lovely 2 week stay at this hotel it is very clean and nihat the owner and hes staff cannot do enough for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel has its own restaurant called Mercan which is also very good.Nihat will arrange transfers from the airport and taxis to anywhere you want to go he is very accommodating anything you need or he can help you with he will.I would recommend this hotel. It has only 15 rooms so its small and friendly.

Excellent customer service from the moment we landed at the airport, with a taxi waiting for all of us. We were greeted wen we got to the hotel and our cases were taken up to the room. Rooms were very clean and welcoming. Throughout of stay the rooms were cleaned everyday and clean towels. A family run business where everyone made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend this hotel and all the services that they offer. Nothing was any trouble to obtain.

We have friends who are long term visitors to this small hotel whom we normally meet up with and stay with for a few days while we are on holiday in Calis Beach. We find the owners very welcoming as are their cheerful friendly staff. The rooms are well furnished and clean. There is a nice pool area and a garden area with seats and tables. The restaurant has always been exceptional and the food comparable with the best restaurants in the area but much more reasonable in cost. Service is perfect I recommend this hotel.

I travel a lot. I always travel with Trip advisor points. I looked at the score for this hotel as I believe it was high. We went to believe. Unfortunately, it can get 1 pointt not 5 points. Those who comment by giving 5 points who do not or wrong accounts. When we check in to the hotel, they did not say welcome to the hotel. I felt we will stay free of charge during our stay. Breakfast was very mediocre. I can only say about the room just the bed. The water is running too weak, the internet is not working anyway. It is better to say Hostel instead of hotel about this place .. We already checked out of the hotel in the morning.

We arrived at Hotel Cennet after a hideous experience elsewhere in Ovacik - and now won't look anywhere else. Nihat, Serpil, Kaan and Jada are the perfect hosts, ably assisted by the ever smiling Adem and his sidekick Ismail. Rooms are clean and well appointed, the pool is lovely, breakfast is great and there's no banging music to disturb your rest. Yes it's close to the main village and the road, but after a while you just zone our and RELAX! The restaurant's great for dinner, and breakfast is a fabulous Turkish selection. Nothing is too much trouble for the team - they really do make you feel like part of the family. Love love love it!

I have named this review "back home" because that is just what we feel like as soon as we walk into Cennet hotel after the flight to Turkey. Nihat,Serpil, Adem and ALL the staff work so hard to make sure your holiday with them is relaxing. We have now been going to Cennet for 7 years and can't think of going anywhere else for our holidays in fact we will be returning in October for another relaxing 2 weeks. The rooms are cleaned everyday, bedding and towels fresh daily, the pool is always clean and inviting, especially on a hot day. We caught up with friends we have made over the years and met new guests staying there. There are no rules set at the Cennet, Nihat just wants you to enjoy your holiday. The view from your balcony can be the mountains or the village of Hisaronu and is one of our favourite places to pass an hour before getting ready of an evening to sit and enjoy a gin and tonic watching the world go by. The rooms all have air conditioners, televisions, fridges and safes for use by the guests, breakfast is served either in the garden area or in the large dining area. When the hotel is busy it is set out as a buffet but you can choose from the menu as well, and breakfast is served when you want it, no set times again it's your holiday and you choose. This is what makes a holiday at the Cennet so relaxing and Nihat, Serpil and staff should be proud of how they make all the guests returning year after year feel. We can't wait until we return in October for our next visit to the Cennet for some more relaxation in the sun. Regards Chris and Des.

This is the first time we have stayed at the Cennet Hotel as we used to stay at the Gonul until it was sold three years ago. We have known Nihat for many years as we went regularly to his Mercan restaurant so this was the only choice of a place to stay. We cannot fault this place. We received a warm and friendly welcome from Nihat and Adem when we arrived. We were so pleased that they remembered us, as it has been three years. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with a good sized swimming pool, good restaurant and a great quiet location. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, good bathroom, a fridge and a balcony overlooking the mountain. We had a wonderful week’s stay. Thanks to Nihat and Serpil who have a beautiful baby called Jada. Also to Adem and Ismail and all the lovely staff for making for us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back again

This is the 5th time I have stayed at the Cennet Hotel and every time it just gets better' All the other reviews say the same thing. The location is great, the place is sparkingly clean both inside and out, its quiet ( no music round the pool, pure joy ) and a joy to stop at. A new arrival in the shape of a beautiful baby girl ensures that every one gets a good morning gurgle. Absolutely fabulous. Lovely owners, lovely staff, lovely place, I'll be back in September.
