Just returned from here and what can I say , the hotel is great , fab location ,the staff are fantastic . Rooms are spotless , food was lovely ( and I’m a picky eater ) . Entertainment was amazing there was 9 of us all together ranging from age 3-41 and there was something for everyone to do . Please don’t be put of by the negative reviews , we are looking into booking again for next year it really was that good 😊 well done to all the staff

Absolutely amazing hotel, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and always trying to help you. The foods is lovely. The entertainment staff are so lovely and friendly and always doing their best to make sure you have a fun time. The spa is definitely worth a visit, I had the Turkish bath and nail treatments and was really satisfied. Highly recommended

we are a returning couple ,last time we brought the kids and had am amazing time this time we left them in uk with grandparents and had an even more anazing time ! lol, apo ozzy and betty(the entertainment team kept us so entertained with their super fun activities and shows and even more after hours events in hisaronu with the nightlife, we had so much fun with them we just cant wait to come back and do it all again ! highly recommend this hotel its clean and friendly great for families and couples alike, we met great people too whilst here around the pool and evening times ,never felt bored it was truly a great holiday ,food in hotel was great definately up a notch from our previous stay and new pool upgrades and other hotel improvements around the place noticed too , you wont regret a trip to the aes hotel ,we cant wait to come back …

It’s first time in Turkey and WOW stayed at the AES Club in Ovacik! The first people we met and welcomed to Turkey were Nil and her sister Nas who made our stay excellent as they introduced us to the hotel Spa where we were treated very well and I would recommend the top spa experience as the staff are brilliant and the massage was out of this world. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly, the hotel was clean, the shower power was immense, the food was a bit repetitive, but was good, the bar cafe was really good! Now to the entertainment staff Apo, Ozzie and Betul, what can I say but out of this world, they all kept us laughing through the day and night, they looked after the kids well and the stage singing with the kids at night was really good to see as it made them important to the who hotel, which is child friendly. Also for tattoo fans there’s an on-site tattoo artist, Tugçe who’s work is well priced and the best work I’ve seen in a long time. The bar staff work very hard and nothing is too much to ask from them and Havva, Berat and team work well together and the poolside tables are kept very neat and tidy but the guys, well done to them! I would certainly recommend the hotel AES Club hotel as it felt so relaxing and despite the hotel being busy, it didn’t feel it, so as a first visit we are already thinking of returning later this year or 2024, as we loved it!…

Had such an amazing holiday, everyone was so friendly. The entertainment team Apo, Betty, and ozzy were just Amazing, these three people alone makes us want to return to the hotel! Pool area was always clean and subbed were always available Food could have had more variant of different things but none the less it was still tasty The cleaning of the room was amazing yes our room got forgotten on one day but who doesn’t make mistakes? Brought this up with reception and they corrected it straight away , The rest of the time we were there just wow Thank you to all the staff especially Apo, Betty, and ozzy for making our time enjoyable Will definitely be returning

Great hotel, really lovely staff. Our spa experience was amazing thanks to Nil and Nas, they made us feel so welcome and relaxed and were really helpful. The entertainment team, Apo, Betty, and ozzy were wonderful, friendly and welcoming, and they really made our first trip to Turkey one to remember. The bar team were really nice, Altay was was very professional and efficient made me some amazing cocktails and even helped us learn a small amount of turkish. The food was really good, lots of variety and the cakes were delicious. The hotel was great and very clean and in a great location with lots of things within walking distance. We would definitely be back, can't wait to go back to Turkey!

I read the most awful reviews when I booked here please ignore then. We arrived home last night we had a great holiday for the price we paid my kids especially who are 3 5 and 9. My only negative as such would be there's not much food choice like I'm used too (no kids section at night times) besides that everything was great would definitely return.

We had a Turkish bath at the Spa Centre. NIL and NAS were incredible. We walked out with glowing skin and smiles all round. Highly recommend you go for the experience and it helps you can quicker and there's no peeling.

The staff and entertainment team were absolutely amazing, they were incredibly kind and couldn’t do enough for us! Nil and Nas were incredible whenever we were at the spa and so helpful whenever we needed something. apo and his team were amazing both through out the day and when out with them during Wednesday and Friday they made it incredibly fun and interesting and I can’t thank all of them enough for making this holiday an incredible experience for me and my friends.

We have stayed at the hotel previously and they have definitely made big improvements to food, pool area and cleanliness. Apo and ozzy are great entertainers, just a shame Ellie wasnt back as my daughter loved her last year. Everyone at the hotel seem so much happier this year and overall a great atmosphere, will 100% be returning.
