We stayed here 2 years ago and the experience was great so we decided to stay again here and was the worst experience we’ve ever had! We checked in to the room the air conditioner wasn’t working so we told them they said they would have it fixed we got back to the 3 hours later and it was 85 degrees and the one air conditioner that was working was leaking water all my sons bed so he had no where to sleep I went to tell them that we were going to need a new room so they reluctantly gave us one and in this new room the air conditioner didn’t work and was under construction so we called hotels.com and they said they would relocate us the people at the hotel got hostile when they seen that we were going to leave and tried to fight us way out of line I would not stay here over priced and the rooms are junk!!…

I stay there a week with my friends hotel was clean and fresh with beautifull staff ı had my best dinner Aubergines”s restaurant to find this restaurant from hotel just turn left and walk ilke 10 minute its was my first time and I love it

We visited the golden spa to treat ourselves and try a Turkish bath as well as a massage to de stress , it’s was an amazing experience and the staff was really friendly and looked after us well and it was all so soothing , the spa was clean and lovely and I would definitely recommend , the Turkish bath was a different experience and they do offer free transfers to and back from the spa and also offered us Turkish tea ! A must try and they do accommodate female masseurs for females and males masseur for males if that is a requirement, a Turkish bath and 30 mins massage was £35 but as we were a group they knocked an tenner of each Person , so great value !!!

The hotel is situated on the main road of Oludeniz. The public transport passes in front of the hotel. You can directly reach to Oludeniz or Fethiye town center. The hotel has a special beach and offers a shuttle in the mornings and afternoons. The rooms are really huge and comfortable enough. In our room, there was a special jakuzi bath that I appreciate very much. There is no alcohol in the hotel.

Booked the hotel from 13th September 2018 to 24 September 2018. We arrived early hours of 14th at 4am and taken to a small room not a deluxe suite as advertised. There is no bar but you can get a drink of warm fanta or coke that is left on the side but you have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get it. It is full board not Fully inclusive. No pool bar or any bar. We did not even get offered water when we arrived and we had paid for the extra day. Only 1 person spoke english and you had to search for him if you needed him. The staff are not friendly and our room was only cleaned twice in 11 days.We had to ask for toilet paper. Its mainly islamic people who stay at this hotel and not geared up for British people and it didnt seem right for my partner to sit out in a bikini when all the women are covered from head to foot in clothes in the pool. It was very dissapointing and we did try to get the hotel changed but it never happened.…

We was moved here last minite by how company we booked with Thomas cook to find out its not even they hotel Disappointing very small we was only British there booked a all inclusive hotel was put in a hotel with NO ALCHOL SERVED so needed to buy how own I felt uncomfortable because all the women that was there was covered and we was only once in swimwear only 1 member of staff talked tidy English when he was there , not much selection for food but that's because not British hotel I think Left £10 in a draw thinking it would be safe but went there four hours later to get it out to pay for the water park next day and was gone we told the deputy manager we need to write it down and all he said was he let manager know but got no answers on what they going to do, we felt like he was quietion us on us makinhg by aaying if is true we sack the person we we said we wouodnt say it if didnt happen He you should put it in the safe and they must have thought it was a tip where they shouldn't have been going through the doors anyway special on the second day we were there wouldn't say so much if the last day as they check if we left everything behind…

Stay here in September for 10 days personally I Wundt stay here again. It’s advertised as all inclusive... but wait it does not serve alcohol 🍺. So how can it be it’s full board, spoke to the manager an he did offer one night drinking in his other hotel. Also when you go the restaurant they pure you a Fanta or what you want out of a bottle into a small coffee cup. Foods ok rooms are nice, but Jesus the cleaners are that hard to get to your room you have to go reception around twice a day, they don’t listen just do there own thing, even when reception phone them they still don’t turn up. They are so bad clean towels every 3 days and quite rude to. Also it’s a tractional Turkish hotel so there arnt many British here what so ever, so my opinion would be not to rebook. If they put a bit of through into it an changed the cleaners an put a draft on as advertised then it would really be such a good hotel. Be careful before you book here because it’s not an all inclusive hotel…

Really disappointed with golden life resort restaurant in ovacik. We arrived at 2:20 - they took payment for two buffet lunches and selected a starter each. While we were eating starter all buffet was cleared away. They then explained lunch time finished at 2:30 - no-one thought to mention this at 2:20 when they happily took our money. Their excuse was none of their staff speak English! Yet they managed enough English to take payment from us. They started putting more food out, so we took some. They then come over to tell us we had to pay extra for taking snacks.

it was quiet when i was there clean and rooms good. on main road for access to other places of interest.ie olu deniz kaya koy, hisaonu and the opposite way to main town serving the whole area fethiye.

only arrival (late at night) we where checked in and given a couple of cheese rolls, then shown to our room. so in the morning we got to explore, this hotel has a lots of steps and stairways so not for the unfit... the hotel was really quiet and this was in our favour come looking for sunbeds, but even though it was quiet the staff seemed to find plenty of time to be on their mobiles but not for clearing away dirty glasses and ashtrays around the pools. in the restaurant they where on the ball with clearing away , the food was a little samey but that's to be expected, saying that we always found something to eat, label's above the dishes would have helped.Night times, there was only entertainment on 3 nights and that ended at 9.30 pm so we got taxis into town, the entertainment man wanted to do more I feel but couldn't because of management. , I know this is an adult's only hotel but please were not all ready for Horlicks and bed by 10 pm. a small market at the hotel would help for the bits you run out of i.e. toiletries etc. the showers for late check outs are awful and the locks on the poolside toilets are dodgy. I could go on with small silly niggles but can only say if you want a fairly cheap all inclusive stay that's for rest and relaxing with no children go for it.…
