17th March 2023, My friend and I enjoyed Afternoon tea in the beautiful lounge. As well as the wonderful ambience of our surroundings, and the delicious selection of dainty sandwiches, gorgeous confections, and Persian Rose tea, the absolute highlight of our afternoon was being served by Bobby. He attended courteously and efficiently to us and made our experience very special. I do hope he will see this review. Thank you so much
Wow what a day here it’s was truly amazing the staff was amazing the cream tea was delicious we also had a cheeky gin and tonic and was so reasonable priced !!! Will definitely be going back to this place If you’re not been give it a try 🤩 the grounds is fabulous for kids as well

I had booked a 'Heavenly Spa' Package plus one additional night for my husbands 40th birthday. The e-mail communication prior to booking was very efficient and friendly and based on the reviews, we were really looking forward to the (first) mini-break with our 4 months old baby! Unfortunately, we were very disappointed already shortly after we arrived. Given that we paid almost 700 GBP for 2 nights (+ one dinner plus spa treatment ) the atmosphere and service was just not right. Firstly, the welcome from the reception team was quite cold and unfriendly - no details about the resort or breakfast was given and I almost felt like an unwanted guest. There was a welcome message for my husband in the room as well as the baby bed we had requested but other than that the room was quite disappointing - setting and feel is quite outdated. Baby duvet did not have a cover (?), room was extremely hot despite having switched off the heating. Also, there was zero information in the room about the resort! We had to get opening times of the different spaces and timetables for the activities one by one from reception. When I went back and asked I was told that all details are in the little key card map - however, that only included the location of different buildings. While the massage that was included in the package was overall good - the therapist as well as the spa reception staff was again quite cold and unwelcoming. Same was true for the staff in the Pavillion, where the kids activities are hosted. The food for dinner in the restaurant was nice - but quite pricey for what it was and the breakfast buffet was average. We couldn't help but feel that we were seen of 'less value ' than the regular members of this private members club. Overall - there is just a lack of service, attention to detail and for me the value for money is not right at all. Sadly, a very disappointing visit. I normally don't leave reviews, but upon check-out the lady was very keen and reminded me several times to leave a good review (for her) so I thought I would ...although sadly, it's was not a pleasant experience.…
My friend and I had a lovely stay, Joanne in Reception was lovely, she gave us a little courtesy call which was a lovely touch. Spa was lovely, very close to the main hotel. Just one little thing, the room we were in (room 47) was a tad bit hot, but nothing we were too worried about. Also, Luis on concierge, super friendly and welcoming!
Stayed here with my daughter as a last minute decision - flying from Heathrow in the morning and wanted to get the holiday off to a good start. Fabulous hotel experience- attention to detail was superb. The room spacious and v comfortable, food at Nineteen on Sunday evening very tasty and spa facilities- some of the best we’ve experienced. Will definitely be back.
Attended Foxhills country club with my partner, our two daughters, a fried and her son. Two families interest in potentially joining. After we had looked around we discovered a coffee shop where we thought we might have a drink and perhaps a small bite to eat. This wasn’t to be. We were abruptly told we weren’t possibly able to spend our money in their coffee shop unless we were members or with a member! This inevitably caused a small scene which made us look and feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Suffice to say we now won’t be joining. Be warned if you plan on visiting as a prospective member, bring you own food and drink as your money won’t be good enough.
Stayed recently with the family and wow what a place! Close enough to Legoland for family fun during the day but a luxury environment to return to after a day walking the park. Staff were without exception excellent, Breakfast 5 star and the family room perfect in every way. great pools and kids facility. we ate in the Club house both nights as great for the kids, but the main restaurant looked fab.
What a special place Foxhill is. From the breadth of places to eat and relax. The lux, clean and well run spa. The friendly service at every level. The room was deeply comfortable. It’s rare that every aspect of a hotel is so in tune. Thank you to the lovely Rebecca and Anne on Reception but if you do stay here I hope you get to meet Ursula. She is a natural born hotelier, and any interaction is a burst of sunshine. I’ll come again for sure.
Great family place with lots to do for kids of all ages and ideal for ascot racing. Just 20 mins drive away. Food is great standard and rooms large and modern with interconnecting rooms for families. Pavilion is brilliant - loads for kids and a large, clean pool
