We stayed at Castle Levan on 23rd July 2016 for one evening - what a wonderful stay we had! We booked both suites and found that there was more than ample space for 4 adults. Our hosts were perfectly attentive and really lovely - they also offered us some suggestions of places to go for dinner, and provided us with...

The castle is beautifully decorated mixing both medieval ambiance with modern day convenience. The laird's bedroom occupies the entire floor. The accompanying bathroom allows you to pamper yourself with spa like facilities. The hosts are friendly, helpful and can easily recommend activities, restaurants and make arrangements for you. We dined in the breakfast hall on a delicious meal cooked to...

What a fantastic place! A delightful surprise, full of character and very comfortable. Although it's in a residential area, once you enter the gates, you step into another world - beautiful garden, very private and peaceful. Lovely hosts too. Highly recommend.

I spent a lot of time just looking around at all the little details that had been added to make this feel welcoming. The only down side is that if you are...

Kim and Mary were wonderful hosts. They have done a superb job of modernizing the Castle while still keeping the "old world" charm. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The bedding is warm and cozy and makes you want to stay in bed, if not for the wonderful custom ordered breakfast provided. Be prepared to eat a large breakfast-Kim and...

Great people very friendly The room was top class everything you would need. Plenty of rooms inside and out to sit and relax from the battlements to the orangery or down by the waterfall. Very accomindating and a large selection for breakfast with quality ingredients.
