Stayed at hotel for a Friday and Saturday in august 2016 for our daughter's wedding. On our arrival the young man on desk was unable to find our key and said some one was using the room we had been allocated. We could have a different room but would have to change rooms for the second night. We explained this...

Stayed here for 1 night - nice friendly hotel and the restaurant food is really good. It was a nice warm evening with everybody outside so it was noisy until midnight. Good breakfast and it was worth the money for the bank holiday. The steak with Gorgonzola is worth a try.

Stayed here recently. The location is great, near to the seafront/pier and to local amenities. There is no designated car parking however it is possible to park on the street. Check in was fairly quick although no information given about facilities/wifi etc. We had to work this out from other guests. On first impressions the interior of the hotel seemed...

We stayed here after attending my daughters graduation in Cardiff. The rooms are clean an comfortable. Excellent full English breakfast included in price £85 . The rooms look initially attractive but do show signs of some where and tear.

Checked into this place in July for three nights mid-week and what a disappointment. Our room was on the second floor up several flights of stairs, but there is no lift and the stairs are steep and narrow so not very good for carrying heavy luggage or if you are disabled. The room was a good size but it was...

The stay here was just average and for the price we paid I would have expected more really. Hotel, room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was comfy and you got a big breakfast (even if it was too salty for my taste). However it was SO NOISY! The hotel is opposite what turned out to be a busy pub...

Poor service .... Starters, king prawns when I asked for a finger bowl I was offered a plastic packed towell??? They eventually brought a finger bowl but no serviettes to actually dry your hands. Main course chicken, was so pink. The sauce was bland. I then found a course hair in my meal, when I addressed this to the waiter...
