A very good Hotel, perfectly situated in the resort. Valet-parking services for your car. Staff were excellent. Beautiful, modern hotel - very spacious. Ski-storage facilities excellent. Upgrade to the LEVEL for sure - beautiful, relaxing, friendly. Restaurant food is 'average'. Self-service, plenty of choice, average quality all round. Friendly restaurant staff. Can get busy and a bit chaotic. The most...

We booked a family room ( a normal double room with a sofa bed ) and we were informed that as this was peak season we would have to book " half board" and as the hotel does not serve lunch we were "locked-in" to a very average dinner buffet most of which had to be put into the microwave...

We have stayed at this hotel for many years and never been disappointed. The service and quality is excellent. The hotel is perfect for the ski lifts, tapas bars, restaurants, and shops. We always get a room with a mountain view, slightly more expensive but worth it. We would like to thank all the staff for looking after us especially...

The hotel in a good location not far to walk to the lifts, rooms small and very hot even with radiators turned off, flat screen tv no tea or coffee facilities, breakfast buffet very good and good choice of food. But to want to charge €25 euros for the pool and spa area per visit is beyond me and general...

Beautiful hotel with a very centric location, breathtaking view from the bedroom overlooking the slopes.. what a dream to wake up in the morning with such a spectacular view of the snowy white mountains!!! There is a bus stop right down the hotel to easily head to Granada centre- not to be missed! The Spa at the hotel is so...

The hotel was clean and well presented. The staff were very polite and ever happy to help. Breakfast good selection of every type you can think and well situated for lift access bars restraints and amenities. Over all good hotel but the down points. The spa has to be the most expensive on a ski holiday I've ever encountered priced...

The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the breakfast and the location. It is incredibly nosey in the rooms, kids screaming up and down the corridor until all hours. At €250 a night, I expected better. It is unbearably hot inside the hotel and the room. The bar is very dark and could do with some better lighting. The...

Location, spa, staff - all fantastic. Ridiculous after so much investment that the wifi is so poor. Large group of kids roam the hotel till late at night screaming and shouting even close to the Spa and even close to the "Level lounge". Surely the manager should be pulling lazy parents into line.

Our first and last trip to this hotel. The loudness and exuberance of the Spanish coupled with the paper-thin walls of this venue equates to a very poor night´s sleep. Banging doors, children running wild, loud conversations, moving furniture, heavy boots till 02.00 then the outside noise from local bars till 05.00. Ironically our only special request when booking was...
