The Wilkins is our home away from home and the accommodations are just lovely. We like that we are walking distance to stores and restaurants. The B&B has a huge garden with seating and fountain behind the house. Our host Jean is just delightful and prepares a luscious breakfast with all the trimmings. Can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Wilkins. We were greeted at the door and then had a quick review of the property as well as near by restaurants. Breakfast both mornings was "over the top," with sausage, eggs, grits, biscuits, fruit, and all the coffee I could handle. Thanks for a great place for our anniversary

We stayed at the Wilkins House in Natchez, MS from April 3 - 7, 2016. Miss Jean was delightful from the first phone call making the reservations throughout our stay. We were treated to a full Southern-style breakfast every morning - eggs, grits, biscuits, fresh fruit, sausage, bacon and coffee. We rented both bedroom suites, so we had the entire...

We are looking forward to our fifth stay at the Wilkins Townhouse for Spring Pilgrimage. We look forward to the stay with almost as much as the beautiful city around it. It is clean, comfortable and a truly peaceful and comfortable place to stay. We take both suites and it allows my family to essentially have the whole home in...

Enjoying our stay, dog friendly, and clean. Bed is nice and staff friendly. Some maintenance issues need to be taken care of. We would come back here again. Walking distance to the river and restaurants.

Went to Natchez for the Food and Wine Festival and stayed with the good folks at Wilkins Town House. Ms Jean was absolutely a gracious and precious host and her breakfast was truly remarkable. Biscuits, grits, bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and water was served family style in the dining room. The A Suite was spacious and well appointed....

Having just spent two wonderful nights at the Wilkins Town House with husband and daughter, am adding to the chorus of full-hearted approval of this lovely home. My daughter declared them the best nights of rest she'd ever had and certainly my husband and I felt similarly. The rooms are flawlessly decorated and ever so comfortable, and the shower is...

Not only was our dog allowed to stay there with us for 2 nights, There were no harsh restrictions. Our dog is a large American Pitt Bull Terrier & most accommodations have weight limits. Our dog was allowed to be with us around the house & even joined us for breakfast. We were truly all made to feel at home!...

My wife and I plus 3 children (ages 10-16) stayed one evening on our way back from the beach. We had a great experience at the Wilkins Townhouse. Jean is a lovely host who had the pull out bed ready for the kids and cooks a wonderful southern breakfast. She makes grits that even my youngest loved and even serves...

This is as peaceful a B&B as is possible. It is a completely restored 1835 home. The owner lives next door and bought the properties on both sides to protect his beautiful antebellum home. The house has 2 large suites and a downstairs common area with a dining room where Jean serves great southern breakfasts. There is a very large...
