I grew up on land adjoining Brandon Hall in the 1950s. The owners at that time were my friends, and I stayed in their house several times overnight. It was wonderful to return to my childhood "second home" and see it fully restored to its old elegance. The rooms are a wonderful experience in themselves. Mike Calcote is a very...

We only spent one night at Brandon Hall but it was a highlight of our trip. Just being in an old mansion and looking out on the grounds made us fell like royalty. Our innkeeper make was very attentive and cooked us a fabulous breakfast. Our greeter Rachel was very pleasant and had our reservations in order. Highly recomment

The house and grounds are the most beautiful, we believe, that Natchez has to offer. It is well preserved, full of history, very clean, quaint and peaceful, with decent rates and the best service you could ask for. When looking at other homes in Natchez to host our wedding, we instantly fell in love with this place .... And Mike,...

We loved Brandon Hall, our favorite place to stay after two weeks of travel in Mississippi and Louisiana. Gorgeous surroundings--I could wake up to the view from the front porch every day--and Mike took such good care of us. Delicious full breakfasts, close to but not in Natchez, and the home itself is esquisite.

We went in January & visited 3 of the mansions with Brandon Hall bring the most extravagant. Had lunch at Magnolia Under the Hill. Very good & a peek at the dark history of UTH. Would love to go back for a longer stay.

Brandon Hall is unique among the outstanding homes of the Natchez area. With access from the Natchez Trace about 9 miles north of town, the home is easy to find. The setting provides authentic feelings of an era past. One enters another world outside of the pace and pressures of life. Manicured grounds, beautifully restored home filled with impressive furniture,...
