My wife and I stayed her for just one night when we were in Cienfuegos. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very dated by our American standards but well appointed. The rooftop bar is awesome. Overall a fine place to stay.

The hotel is clean and nice. There's 2 beautiful and cosy patios. The pool is nice and refreshing. The room smelled mouldy. Bathroom was large and clean and more luxurious than the room itself. There's a "pharmacy" to buy the basics. The hotel restaurant had quite good(but sort of expensive) food in the evening. However they don't serve until 19h...

This is comfortable, clean and stylish hotel and was one of the best we stayed in whilst we were in Cuba. The building is in an old colonial house and full of character. The swimming pool is beautiful and the breakfast and dinner were delicious with lots of choice. Our room was comfortable with all facilities except a safe. Most...

This hotel is one of the better hotels we stayed in whilst in Cuba, the rooms where a good size, beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well. It's really well located just off the main square with a number of restaurants within very easy walking distance. It has a rooftop bar with an incredible view of some of the most...

Great first impressions with lovely public rooms, and a decent pool/bar. The room was also pretty but the taps didn't work properly and the bathroom could do with a bit of attention. The rooftop bar was great with good nightly entertainment and the staff were very helpful. The set menu was disappointing in the hotel restaurant but I saw better...

The hotel looks lovely by sadly the rooms are not as impressive. The Ac barely worked and water came into the room when it rained. We know it's Cuba but the engineer said the Ac issue was due to us being too far away from the start of the Ac so I strongly suggest you get a room near the...

Spent one night in this hotel as part of a guided tour of Cuba. Accounting for the fact that Cuba is a third world country we did not have very high expectations and thus we were not disappointed. The Hotel was actually one of the better condition hotels that we visited. The Hotel is very centrally located and within walking...

Another beautiful Cuban building; real ambience. Lady on reception especially friendly and helpful, made up for no welcome drink. Room more than adequate, very clean, comfortable and well kept; bathroom dated but all in good working order - brown water one day but soon ran clear. Pool area beautiful though busy and at this time of year not much respite...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The first night we had an awful room; the window was near the ventilation system on the roof. We were up all night. In the morning we asked for a new room as we explained our problem. We got a new one without hesitation. During breakfast we had a chat with an...
