We attended a wedding in Puebla, I chose the hotel because it is a block away from the Convento de San Gabriel (where my friend was getting married); the hotel has very good rates per night, the staff is very helpful and the rooms are very clean. It also has parking. The location is great, close to the Zocalo (main...

Had a business meeting there with about 50 people. Rooms were okay (beds were hard but that's Mexico). Food was great (buffet style) with a couple of different entrees. Meeting room acoustics were bad (big room/tile floors/poor layout of sound system). On a personal level, I would come back and use this hotel to visit the sights of Puebla/Cholula. On...

We had a convention here with about 60 Americans showing up. The food was delicious. Gotta love beans and rice and tortillas. The accommodations were adequate. Very roomy. I chose a room on the bottom floor. The patio area was very nice to read a book and soak in the sun. We did have trouble with our room key, but...

Well, i had visited the hotel before and i took my students on a trip to Puebla and Mexico City and decided to stay here again and we all loved it, the service was great and the rooms are amazing. The whole mexican hacienda experience is great and it is only a few steps away from town's main square where...

The room was basic but very, very clean. The bottled water every day was very much appreciated. The wifi does not extend to the rooms, which was a little inconvenient, but the signal was reliable in the bar, lobby, and patio. The location was perfect for my needs. My room was next to a shaft with the cistern lump, and...

I reccommend this hotel, it is a nicely decorated and renovated with inside patios and a parking area. I agree with the other reviews for this hotel. It is one block from Plaza de La Concordia and 4 blocks from the Gran Piramide. There are lots of nearby eating places. Cholulas churches are well worth a visit and the piramide...

We only stayed one night, but there are a few things I would have appreciated knowing before I stayed here: 1) There is no elevator. There are only three floors, but I felt bad for the little guy who had to carry bags almost as big as him up three flights of stairs. 2) The WiFi signal is nearly non-existent....

Hello, we are a Hotel that is always worried about the quality of our service and we appreciate the comments that you left. About the elevator there is nothing we can do because it is and old building, but you can always ask for rooms on the first floor and we will give it to you inmediatelly. We appreciate the...

If you're a foreigner you will find that this hotel has a nice rustic mexican feel. The complex looks like a traditional big house from the Spanish colonial era with roofless patios, long corridors and folkloric colors and details. It is not a luxurious hotel; nonetheless, it certainly is very clean and the electronic card-based key system in the door...

This has the nicest people and the service is excellent. The food is amazing. The location and décor is a great perception of Mexico. The Temple, pyramid, and POPO is the best form of scenery. I love it here and anyone would.

The place is great with very nice interior gardens; the rooms are spacious and clean, with Mexican style bathrooms. Its location is perfect, very close to the main plaza (Zocalo) but in a quiet street. The people in the reception and the restaurant are very nice, and willing to help. The WIFI internet is a real problem in the first...
