We were very impressed with this property on both the outside and inside...... grounds are stunning. The rooms however are quite dated and need a facelift but good practical/functional layout. Lots of little stores to peruse. Great variety of pools and never a problem to get a lounger. We really liked that servers visit the pools to take food/drink orders. We...

I found myself torn on how to rate this hotel. On the one hand, the service is SUPERB! From the minute you stop the car at the porte-cochère to the minute you leave, you realize that they have paid attention to every detail. Our arrival was anticipated and a lei was waiting for us upon our arrival. Your bags and...

All inclusive! Wonderful experience. Our room opened up with an oceanview and balcony. The breeze that come in was amazing, as well as the sunsets. Beautiful room! The food, ambiance, pools, bars, everything about it was idyllic! Staff was wonderful; booked several day trips that worked out perfectly. I would do it again.

Allow me to explain. This resort, as a whole, is gorgeous. The lobby is breathtaking with its "open air" design. Small streams line the outer edges of the floor leading to a larger decorative pool. Tasteful bronze statues can be found in various areas depicting native Hawaiians dancing and such. Everywhere you look you see plush fabrics, rich woods, and...

The hotel was absolutely amazing. From the service upon check-in to check-out. The spa was an absolute must that was by far one of the best I've ever been to in the entire world. The pools are amazing and the resort is very family-friendly. The beach is perfect.

We stayed at the GW from 12/29 to 1/2 with our 2 boys ages 10 and 14. Yes this is a stunning hotel from the moment you walk in but we were in Maui, who wants to be in a hotel? Too much to explore outside! The food by the pool was terrible and overpriced. We were also disappointed that...

Second time staying at Grand Wailea. Beautifully located property. Employees are nice. There is a kids club, but we couldn't use since our son is three and there is a minimum age. We were able to use "the rock" which is a play room, but had to chaperone our kids. The views are gorgeous. They were repairing the pools so...

Read reviews that were negative so only booked one night here before moving to Hyatt Kaanapali. Yes a few things needed to be updated in room but overall a much more grand experience. My kids wanted to go back!

What a dump. Tired, desperate-for-updating 1970's Florida feel. But the absolute west part: OVERCROWDED to the MAX. Which made it...disgusting. People in every square foot of this space, ZERO beach or pool chairs available EVER, more than an HOUR AND A HALF WAIT for any food service, whether poolside, restaurant, or room. Terrible service all around. Just so icky-- I...
