I've been meaning to write this review for a very long time , as this place really deserves all the good reviews it has gotten! It was without a doubt the cleanest, most organised hostel I've ever had the pleasure of staying in! The owners were helpful and polite, a little old school, but knowledgable abc they run a good ship!...

This place is under new management and so changes are on the way. The new owners are very friendly. Good spacious rooms and bathrooms. Huge kitchen with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Good location close to the wineries. They hire bikes so you can easily visit them.

We absolutely ADORED staying here. The new owners Cindy and Peter had been there 1 week when we arrived - they are so welcoming. We had to make some adjustments to the bed in the back of our Honda Odyssey and Peter and Cindy's brother in law helped us to fix it up. They have lots of tips for the...

We came to stay to do a wine tour of the region and parked our camper at their place and had full use of the amenities. Pat and Paul are charming hosts and the place is spotless. Great spacious shared kitchen and lounge area. Good value for money and laundry available too. There are delicious fruits in the garden orchards....

Saw lots of great reviews about this place when we were planning our trip to Marlborough for winery tours. They did not disappoint! Pat and Paul are the current owners and they are the sweetest, nicest couple I have ever met. Great hospitality. Their set up is perfect with the cottage, camping area, hammock, tennis courts and all the bikes...

The lovely couple who own this place (combined age 156) have just sold up so they can retire. Not sure what's going to happen to it but at the moment it's a nice, secluded place bang in the middle of the wineries. The owners were incredibly helpful - giving us a detailed breakdown of local wineries and even driving us...

Really charming place, and nice and helpful owners. Beautiful garden, good rooms and kitchen with all necessities. Exceeded expectations! Gave us a ride to an excellent restaurant in the neighborhood. Location is perfect for a winetour by bike (that you can rent for a very reasonable price at Watsons way)

We did not rent a room, but we rented 2 bikes and 1 baby trailer. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location for an easy loop around all the wineries. They provided a map with a perfect description of what each winery had to offer. They also provided little wine bottle holding bags that strapped to the back...

This hostel is very clean, with convenient kitchen and grill and a lovely garden full of fresh fruit and picnic tables. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. The location is perfectly centered in the Marlborough wine region and the best day of our two week road trip was renting the hostel's bikes and doing wine tastings around the area....

Extremely helpfull and sweet owners. Very charming hostel, with a great garden to hang in. The garden has fruit trees, a hammock, petanque etc. Rooms are simple, but comfy and clean. Common areas are clean and has all you need. Recommendable ;)
