I stayed at this hotel August 12 to 15. The staff was friendly. We had no issues. Room was clean. Easy online check in from my phone. I was able select my room and room number which allowed for me to be next to my friends rooms. Everything was nice.
Great stopover hotel on the way back from key west, Florida. It’s about 1.5 hours south of Atlanta in traffic which is perfect. Didn’t get there until almost 11:00 pm and parking lot was well lit and staff greeted us immediately upon arrival and booked us in lightning fast. Staff was over the top helpful in directing us to the elevator and how to get to our room which was appreciated after our 15 hours of driving. We arrived, checked in and were in our room with bags within 7 minutes time which is impressive. Bed was comfortable and pillows were nice. Car was safe in well lit parking lot. Room was quiet and clean. Morning breakfast had plenty to choose from and checkout was also easy. All hotel staff was polite and courteous and smiling. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed one night recently and were not disappointed. Room was clean, breakfast area was clean. All staff were masked and following Covid protocol from what I could tell. The pull out sofa bed was nice for our group allowing us to have one more bed in the room. Bed was comfortable.
Will never stay here again. Room was stained — carpets couches bedding. Bathroom filthy beds uncomfortable. No masks worn by employees (around chins). Hidden fees after checkout. I hope to be contacted by Hilton. This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a Hilton hotel.
Our family was in town for a tennis tournament. Front desk staff was fine - not overly friendly but not bad either. The room was clean and spacious - full size fridge, microwave, and room to put all of our stuff. Toiletries provided were minimal - shampoo & body wash in dispensers in the shower. Housekeeping provided by request only, though we were easily able to replenish our towels as needed. Breakfast was a decent selection, especially considering some places are still using COVID as an excuse to not serve breakfast- yogurt, fruit, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, & waffle station. Hotel is convenient to nearby restaurants and served us well for the weekend.
